Map updated: 1. folders reorganized, so now you can copy everything directly into the game folder; 2. added lighting for some of the Flipendo switches; 3. fixed the triggers for the first blocks puzzle; 4. fixed some lumos wall surfaces; 5. changed the contents of some chests; 6. changed timing of the first cutscene; 7. fixed the appearance of an imp home; 8. added save book before the first lumos halls; 9. thumbnail now works; 10. aligned spongify tile; 11. removed the tiny step on the bridge; 12. fixed a statue that doesn't rotate properly; 13. all music triggers are trigger-once-only now; 14. changed timing of the final bridge cutscene; 15. fixed a candle that doesn't move properly; 16. made one of the platforms move slightly slower; 17. added save books; 18. changed lighting for some of the rooms.
It’s absolutely amazing! What a masterpiece! It is satisfying to watch. Can’t wait to explore and discover all the secrets. I always hope to make hp2 custom maps with complex riddles and tough combat but lack of programming skills at the moment😢. Anyway, thanks for your great effort.

Just finished playing the map, and I had a blast going through it! Very atmospheric, gloomy, and with some interesting puzzles. Very good job, Douzi! There are a few technical things I'd tweak, though I'm not sure you want me to list them here or privately.
Looks pretty cool, gives a lot of hp1 vibes. And I like that all surfaces seem ledge grabable, some map don't do that and you end up dying thinking you can grab a ledge. small thing but the spongify at 14:42 is misaligned. How long did this take btw?
Thanks!! I'm trying not to make it too hard of a map, more like a relaxing map where one can experience HP1 dungeons in HP2 😄The actual build probably didn't take more than 2 weeks? The hard part is coming up with ideas for the rooms and puzzles 😂 Overall it took me about a year, but I've been working on it on and off.

Well it's mostly trying to create the general atmosphere from HP1, and I played the HP1 dungeons a lot to get a feeling of what it's like! I also copied or rebuilt my own versions of some rooms directly from HP1 (the first blocks puzzle, the lumos halls, the tower, etc.), although I used HP2 textures and mechanisms 😄

@@douzismol5859 i use the old engine and i think starting from the lumos area with those hp1 ones it starts to lag crazy from that to the finish of the map. Maybe it is lagging bcs it's a huge map.

The map is incredible, but starting with an area the game started to lag so much. Idk what is the reason for that despite i have a bad pc.
