Today's weather 38th birthday. I remember the first time I heard this song I was 10 years old. My mom was in labor with Bradley when we heard this song and she was taking me to school and I didn't know she was in labor. She took me to school and took Cody my 2-year-old brother somewhere else. I think she took him to my Aunt Jeanette and Uncle David's house😊 and then she went and got my stepdad from the feed mill. Brad was supposed to have been born on November 6th but he was born on September 9th 1986. I remember this like it was yesterday. Who would have thought that my daughter would be born 6 weeks premature. She is doing just fine now and I love her so much.
Chenoweth: This song came out in 1986, performed by Schuyler, Knobloch and Overstreet (Paul only stayed with them a year or two then went out on his own). I loved it as soon as I heard it, but since the DJ didn't identify its title or artist, it was many years before I knew how to find it and by that time it wasn't available. Thank goodness for RUclips! MSMusicGeeks has posted 3 or 4 other songs from this same SKO LP, and they are all good!
Oh my God... I haven't heard this beautiful tune in over two decades. Simply the most heart felt song. Surely miss his music and country love songs. Rip country music
One of the best country song for the magic decade of the 80s....very beautiful music and words i like so much....thank god for that pretty music.Amazing!
I remember hearing this song one night riding in the car with my mother and sister. I wasn't a country fan, but the lyrics to this song stuck with me. Great way to bring back memories.
Love it! Thank you. I couldn't find this song anywhere and I didn't know who sang it. I remember this song from my childhood and it always takes me there. :)
Amen Only God's Love is true love, eternally. Unless it lines up with His Word, everything else is just emotion, vanity. My folks were married 50 years fore mama passed on.
t's a play that repeats, nothing new under the sun for man who think their just sons of man, judge no one because its a play and no ones lost. its not what you eat our drink .thoughts get ya.
You know this song is so obscure when Shazam won't even identify it. One of the old cassette tapes I have of songs recorded from one of our local radio stations has this song recorded on it and for years I've been unable to identify the song and artist. I don't think I was even born yet when this song first came out. Unfortunately, it's not available on Spotify either.
We country music like this again on the radio
Brings back a lot of great memories
