Gold nuggets galore - they’re all tiny which requires meticulous gold detecting

We continue working around the old scrape and detect lease from last week and dig up hundreds of nuggets they left behind. It may be the size of fly shit but we don’t want to leave any gold behind so we chain the area all week and uncover all the gold specks

Lots of nuggets, wonderful stuff, what weight did they get to ???, about to pan out my mats from yesterday, not many days of water left in the creek though, I had to move one pump over to another creek as two pumps were sucking more water than was going in. Another week maybe before I have to start hand watering the vegi patch, you need a grader on that patch, take 12 inches of then detect then another 30cm and detect again. Have a good week. Leon

How did your mats go? You probably got bigger nuggets in your pan than we detected! 😆 unfortunately it’s not our lease so we can’t use any equipment on it, just our picks and detectors !
