I rediscovered Tom later in life and so glad that I did. To me he has the best voice in the world. Your interviews are just fantastic! As a supplement to his voice , the best. Thank you so much ❤ ,
Thanks for posting part 2, Mr. Jackson. Were you ever given access to interview Mark Woodward? I love to see that Mark is a co-producer on Sir Tom's most recent album. I think Sir Tom's collaboration with Ethan Johns has been very successful. Love the new tracks that have been released so far-the public will get the full album in April. The exact reasons that he and you discussed in this interview about Sir Tom being so versatile is the reason I enjoy his music so much-he has the VOICE and can sing any genre. I also like how he keeps challenging himself professionally and doesn't rest on his laurels, even at age 80-almost 81. Brilliant.
I’ve been a fan of Tom’s since ‘Kiss’ and these interviews are really top drawer Joe. Great to hear Tom being so candid and honest with you. Did you not manage to interview him again past the ‘90’s and if so why not?
Another great interview. Asking 'real' questions and not just the ones that are asked over and over is great. Listening to these interviews is great also because they reaffirm what I think I know or don't know about a favorite celebrity. The comments are revealing about Elvis as well. I think of that now with Tom, once you're gone what will people try to spin as "truth" to take advantage and sell a book? And who will be around to step up? Thanks!
hello from England I have been a FAN of Tom since the mid 1970's when i was a kid. I remember watching Tom on TV. and back then we only had 2 channels which were the BBC and ITV. If i remember correctly he would appear on his own shows for ITV rather than the BBC but please correct me if i am wrong. Having watched over the last 2 years lots of videos of Sean Connery and his "backstory" and his "stint" of playing a character called James Bond and Sean was my favourite for many reasons and the "infamous" or "famous" interview he gave Barbara Walters in 1987 he would now be part of the CANCEL CULTURE I also wish to comment on a video i watched last year called: TOM JONES AND FRIENDS LIVE IN CONCERT i think its early 80's and lots of guests Juliet Prowse comes on to the stage and after TOM gives her a kiss he then says and i quote You know Juliet, your a triple treat, i mean your an actress, a singer a dancer and besides all that you look very sexy Well if that was me in place of Juliet then i would have loved all those compliments and of course back then men would be able to do that. I was lucky to live through all that in the 80's and saw that in the 70's. You say you had to apologise for asking "cheeky and challenging questions" but i feel that you did not need to apologise even in 1992 BUT TODAY we are living in a WORLD WHERE MEN ARE HAVING A ROUGH TIME OF IT. They cannot ever now compliment a woman on how SEXY she looks OH MY iT WOULD BE PART OF THE CANCEL CULTURE ELVIS TODAY WOULD BE PART OF CANCEL CULTURE.
@@JoeElvis2009 I have already been cancelled by BBC Radio WM September/October last year - I was cut off twice on a Q&A I asked the wrong questions I even got cut off from Talk Radio around the same time I gave up then on mainstream media at that time so over 12 months My go to now is RUclips

Thanks PL, I met Mark fleetingly but never interviewed him. And Tom remains an inspiration at nearly 81!

Thanks, Lee, glad you liked it. No, never was offered Tom this century, but would love to have caught up with the guy. We did get on great.

Jane, I really appreciate your comments. I am in lockdown, as millions of us are, and it's good to know people like yourself are really listeing.
Tom Jones is a man and I love him for it. (Philandering hurts, and I mean Linda, the women throwing themselves at him knew he was married)❤💔❤️😢
I kind of understand

En su libro cuenta que Linda sufría de depresión ( no es para menos
Un reportaje insicivo muy bueno. Sir Jones no fue muy claro no aclaro mucho de sus infidelidades
