Before Taken king came out I had a ill will with the same roll as cammy, but when taken King came out I thought year one weapons were worthless so I diss angled it and now I've been sad ever since
I don't believe you can, unfortunately. You can only receive vanguard strike exclusive weapons and the faction armor pieces. Some would include high road soldier, 20/20 AMR, and unending deluge. From decoherent and legendary Engrams rewarded at the reward screen, you can potentially get some of the house of wolves faction weapons. A few days ago, I got The Fear, a y1 fwc rocket launcher from a decoherent engram (note: the engram has to be labeled decoherent, not encrypted engram). The ill will was a crucible reward in house of wolves. With the crucible rewards being updated, they removed any y1 weapon rewards, including ill will, low grade humility, and the btrd. These weapons are no longer obtainable.

For those still after the Ill Will, you have one and only one hope : complete the original prison of elders, on each difficulty. The end screen still has a chance to award Y1.5 Gear, and Y1.5 Engrams. This is the ONLY way to still obtain these items, and it is very, difficult.

Just so everyone knows this should also possible with the Her Mercy hand cannon with luck in the chamber, final round, weapons of light (illuminated). I have those exact rolls and i am getting 186 per headshot with everything combined, and my weapons of light is not buffed by illuminated because my defender is not max. With 10% extra with illuminated on the 25% of weapons of light, the gun should do about 201 per headshot. Unfortunately it also has 9 bullets in the mag and 8 if you have braced frame, so its harder to proc the final round and luck chamber at the same time. But for anyone like myself who really wanted to do this in crucible and couldn't wait around for a Judith D (which is harder to use for this anyway, because all the killing and reloading needed)this should work.
Cammy, I have a Gaheris D with Crowd control and final round, and I am not entirely sure if when stacked I get a one shot, but there have been some instances when I was pretty sure that it was a one shot. Also, I am waiting to try and get these rolls on the Judith D and the Omolon handcanon variant of the same damage model, see what else this roll can do.

I would just like to correct cammy on one thing. It is true that it is a 1 in 5 chance to get the lucky bullet on the last round each reload but remember that when you reload, the bullets in your chamber do not disappear, they stay in the chamber. This means that on average, you will waste 2.5 bullets each reload, not 5. With a 1 in 5 chance to get the lucky bullet on the last round the total average number of bullets you will waste to get the last bullet is 12.5 Still love you cammy

There was some random green or blue hand cannon with max impact and luck in the chamber that used to have only 3 bullets in the magazine so you were basically guaranteed to proc it during a gunfight with someone. Such cheese.
