    I keep popping up the ball. And I am consistently late. Do you have any advice?

      Most likely a severe bat drag/dumping the barrel issue for the pop ups. You being late has to do with you not loading at the correct time.

      Matt has addressed this in a bunch of videos. But agree most often it’s dropping back elbow and using that top hand to brag barrel and not getting on plane. I like right hand only with short bat to get the feel of more push than pull. Imagine turning the hips to punch to the body with the back/top Hand palm up.

      Probably, but we use all different items. We use a helmet, medicine ball, really anything you can put your foot up on
