Wow! This is my favorite waina da miyan dauche. I didn't know how to make as a result, I have not eaten it for over 20 years. Am gonna give it a trial soon. Thanks for sharing.
Just came across your channel today🤩You are making traditional food easy for us Wallahi thumbs up for you my new friend I really appreciate your effort 🥰
Wow! Ai ban san da wainan gero ba. I know that of shinkafa, which I always do here, but seeing this now, I will try that of gero. My only challenge will be the "turmi" for surfe. I am in Texas and always buy the hulled millet here which looks white, I might try using that. I have seen gero in an African store but will rather try the hulled millet because it's cheaper for me. Thanks for posting this. I am not on instagram that's why I am posting my comment here.
Hello hun! Ah you never had wainar gero, you will love it. You don’t worry at all we have both garin gero and the whole millet, it’s clean, ready to go. Why don’t you email me loloskitchen20@gmail.com thanks
Yayan miji na takowo wa mijina wainar gero from ivory Coast So I tested it n it was wooooow bashikenan na cinye duka at once 😢🤰 🤣🤣🤣 thanks so much for helping me ❤
Thank you for the recipe, but I have just viewed another youtuber's recipe she used busashiyar kubewa, so I guess in babu karkashi, dry kubewa would do just grind it very soft. Thank you again ☺
In my place vendors selling Wainar Gero normal fry in a a frying pan with lot of cooking oil, kuma they use Kubewa (Dry okro) in replacement of Karkashi

Yes I heard it’s really good also with Kubewa. I will soon try it with kubewa InshaAllah.
That is called "yar tsala" deep fried in oil while waina is shallow fried.
