These Guys Are Everywhere and They Are Dangerous

These guys are all over the place and you may not even know it. On August 26th, 2022, a registered sex offender approached a woman and her 8 year old daughter in a Port Orange Winn-Dixie parking lot and offered to buy the child for $100,000.00. The police responded but did not arrest the man until 9 days later. The sex offender was on probation and eventually he was arrested for violation of probation. The sex offender is presently at the Volusia County Jail being held in a no bond status.
