She is a sweetheart. Her mother passed in 2007 and she was devastated. She cared for her mother all of her adult life. After she became famous, she struggled with it. If I remember right she had a brother that tried to take over her finances.
I can't help but get tears and shivers each time I see and hear it. She is unbelievably talented. I'm so happy for her that she took the risk to sing for the producers. Just amazing. My heart busts open with joy listening to her sing this song. She's huge now! And she did get to sing with Elaine Paige!

BGT has a lot of joke acts, and Susan came out with the sticker on her chest and the "mother in law" dress, and acted a little bit silly. I think they expected a joke act, honestly. Boy, did they get a shock! I love this audition. Now, they're going to ask you to watch Paul Potts and Jonathan and Charlotte (awesome auditions). My favorites are still Spellbound and Eugene the Librarian.

@@Isleofskye I'm not really sure. I think the whole concept was live, blind auditions. The people show up in the morning (or they did in the early years), sign in and wait for a turn. Sometimes they have to come back more than once. Some of them are certainly pretty shocking to the home audience, at least. I love this one because the song almost seems to represent Susan's life as well as the character she's singing about.

She is a sweetheart. Her mother passed in 2007 and she was devastated. She cared for her mother all of her adult life. After she became famous, she struggled with it. If I remember right she had a brother that tried to take over her finances.

I can't help but get tears and shivers each time I see and hear it. She is unbelievably talented. I'm so happy for her that she took the risk to sing for the producers. Just amazing. My heart busts open with joy listening to her sing this song. She's huge now! And she did get to sing with Elaine Paige!

BGT has a lot of joke acts, and Susan came out with the sticker on her chest and the "mother in law" dress, and acted a little bit silly. I think they expected a joke act, honestly. Boy, did they get a shock! I love this audition. Now, they're going to ask you to watch Paul Potts and Jonathan and Charlotte (awesome auditions). My favorites are still Spellbound and Eugene the Librarian.
So does the audience watch auditions live. Katherine , or is this the actual show because "if" it is the show itself then surely the Panel would not be surprised as someone, somewhere in the Organisation or Production Team would have told them about Susan..lol
@@Isleofskye I'm not really sure. I think the whole concept was live, blind auditions. The people show up in the morning (or they did in the early years), sign in and wait for a turn. Sometimes they have to come back more than once. Some of them are certainly pretty shocking to the home audience, at least. I love this one because the song almost seems to represent Susan's life as well as the character she's singing about.

AGT Champions season 2 watch Angelina Jordan. She does her own arrangement of Bohemian Rhapsody of which Brian May called her and gave her his Blessing on her Arrangements. Susan took second to a dance crew call diversity. If you're into watching Dance you certainly want to watch them. On AGT watch Zucaroh. There's also Blance, Shadow and Light I think their name is. There are endless acts to react to between the two shows. I really hope you do more AGT and bgt performances. Oh yes Simon's all time favorite act is Boogie storm. They're on Britain's Got Talent Britain's Got Talent, but the Champions and America's Got Talent the Champions season 2
