Interesting here to see two of Sellers' biographers, Peter Evans and Roger Lewis. Both write well on Sellers. Peter Evans book is very well written, very stylish and insightful about Sellers the man. The book is called 'The Mask Behind the Mask'. Roger Lewis's book is much longer, described as the longest biography about a 'non-classical actor'. (Suppose that means a non-Shakespearan actor, kind of thing?) Anyway, it's a very thorough biography, talks about Sellers the man and goes into more detail about the films than Evans's book does, and talks more about Sellers' appearances on television, the Parkinson interviews etcetera. Lewis comes to a more jaundiced view of Sellers the man as he talks to more and more people who worked with him and knew him in private life. Both books highly recommended though.
When PS married Anne Levy, it was supposed to be in a double wedding with Bob Monkhouse and his first wife. According to Bob, it was cancelled due to Sellers unpredictable temper tantrums.
Harry Houdini was among the first to expose the fraud and duplicate the trickery of spiritualists, yet they still exist with legions of followers and TV shows crafted around their cons.
No, it’s the same story found somewhere else. Peter once said that it was like an arm grabbing onto him saying “I won’t let you go I won’t let you go.” And he said as long as he held onto this “arm” he wasnt going to die
Incredible story of Peter Sellers & his inner troubled mind. Fascinating.

Magicians know all the clairvoyant tricks
Amazing what our little minds believe
What did the imaginary arm say about the sadistic torture of animals? Gross.

britt was and still is gorgeous.
Now ruined with surgery sadly
She was really, really gorgeous in Get Carter. The original, classic with Michael Caine, not the pathetic remake with Stallone.
@@waynej2608 she was but no longer of course
Britt was a fabulous looking lady.

a hit piece
10:20 Sellers said he saw nothing when he died. Where did this guy get this from?

Woodruff was Seller's handler and not by accident
