It’s not about “being who you are” it’s about making yourself right in the eyes of God and this man is leading people away from the truth.

And when is "soon"? You do know that it's been over 2,000 years since Christ ascended. And it could be another 2,000 years before He returns. Just because the world displays its wickedness isn't an indicator of His imminent return. In fact, there are many indicators that Christ will not return until the Gospel actually conquers the world. Passages with illustrations such as the mustard seed, that no one notices which becomes a large tree if left to grow; and the leaven hidden into the lump of dough, which permeates the lump until all of it rises. And where in the Psalm the Father says to the Son "Sit here until I make all your enemies a footstool". And there are many others. So yes, we see the world getting worse. But Jesus IS the King, and He IS ruling -- it just doesn't look like He is. The devil was dealt the death blow when Christ rose from the dead. He cannot lose. And if I'm mistaken about how things are going to go, then I'll be pleasantly surprised when He shows up sooner.

Everything is a sin in the Bible. The bar is set so high that no living human being can reach it. And even if you practice word for word what's in the Bible, you'll find many verses that justify killing for all sorts of context. The 'no-killing' commandment might as well be for decoration.
There's a reason why most first-world nations separate Religion from Governments. Otherwise you would have honor killings, slavery (Bible condones that too), women being treated like second class citizens if they want to be independent. You wouldn't have fair trial if you committed a crime, whether you stole something or simply made a mistake. Basically everything you enjoy today is because of that separation.
The Bible doesn't deal with depression, it just wants you to pray your pain away. It might help for some, but we have multiple diagnosis' in the medical field just for that topic alone.

I think it was Jeremiah 50:6 but it may have been a different verse. But it says “My people have become lost sheep;
