How to watch your LG washing machine clean your clothes --- Keep the Lid OPEN while It's RUNNING!!

Today, I will show you guys how to watch your LG washing machine clean your clothes while it's running. It all has to do with allowing the machine to run without the lid being closed. A simple magnet and some tape seem to do the trick! Essentially a magnet triggers a switch in the machine to know when the lid is closed, we want to bypass that switch completely! I find it extremely satisfying to watch my clothes being washed, and with this method, I get to see exactly what is going on. I hope you find this useful!

Any idea how to do it on Simpson washer from Australia it doesn't lock it just stops the cycle when you lift the lid I've ordered some really strong magnets I have a feeling there's a magnet each side of the lid

that's a fine hack for one off uses. but im looking for something permanent. i wonder if you could dremmel off the part of the lid that sits below the tab. so it senses the magnet and the bump-stop, but there is simply nothing below it to catch...

Sadly you have to wait to the end of the video to see that you need to slide the door lock tongue back in a bit to get the door lock light on.
So magnet n slide tongue back in slightly. Got it.

Who decided we cant fll our water manually?? Theyre my clothes. So frustrating.
Also looking for a permanent fix to open amd close the door.
