I have the G21 40rd mag it keeps falling out when I shoot it. Upon inspection I noticed the mag catch slot it chipped. I bought a factory mag, hopefully I can change the top half and make it stay fit
Have AK drum from PM, Indeed a pain to load, but in multiple AK/M92 has ran great . Pleasantly surprised especially for the amount of grief PM Gets. Contemplating getting PM 9mm drum for AR9. Good video ty for posting
I bought one for my G23 MCK kit (RONI) and it jams up every 4th or 5th round consistently. I did drop it fully loaded and it broke the stick part right off....promag sent me a new one free of charge no shipping. I did ship them the broken one though. They def live up to their warranty claims if nothing else.
I took mine apart because of a jam (my fault, not the drums) but it kinda flew apart. On that “follower” string of fake bullet looking things, the last one has a plastic pin in it, I found that but it sinks all the way to the bottom of the hole, was there a spring in there???
I have a 50 pmag drum for my cz Scorpion and yes it's absolutely stupid to load but I have never had a malfunction...I too would also rather load a 40 ets mag
@@30secondtactics dang okay, I recently purchased one and I’ve been looking all over for a disassemble vid because mine is functioning properly and I’m wanting to take it apart

That final round was not a mag "Failure'. If it held 51 rounds, 50 would have fired. Yeah it's bulky, yeah you need to try hard to justify it's belonging, but a failure? NOPE! re-load and do it again, just for you, no video, and the same thing will happen again... Maybe. That wasn't the mag failing to cycle the round. Only difference, it's totally justified for the weapon. I do learn a lot from you, Sir. I just wanted to say that this mag never had a real chance with you. Biased to state the least. Good job, though! Thank you!
Um, ok. It was given to me for the video and I have since given it away. So there will be no follow-up evaluation. If you like yours, rock on, but it's not for me. Thanks for watching.
Perfectly said. I too was going to write a comment stating how he was biased from the beginning before even trying it and never gave it chance. Seems like he didn't like promag so the review ended right when it started.
I believe what you're talking about goes in the back of the first link of the follower and helps to keep the follower centered to prevent it from kinking up inside the magazine. You can see the hole it goes in at the 5:30 mark on the video. It's designed to work with that pin and spring but if it's still working without it you can either leave it as is or consider taking it apart to re install those pieces.
@Ricky all you need is an allen wrench and some patience. Go slow and if you think you might forget the sequence to put it back together, take pictures after each step.
💥😎4 EHT MHTIROGLA👍🇺🇸 I don't understand why it needs the 17 dummy round follower? Is that track of replicas spring loaded? If not...why not just up the mag to like 65 rnds or something ?
Mine broke the first 10 rounds. Broke the lips right off. The jamb was incredibly hard to clear. Promag sucks. If magpul or the manufacturer dosnt make it, I won't buy it.
I agree, this is a complete design mess - pretty much impossible to load without having three hands. It may run o.k., but which idiot designed the loading mechanism?
Very fun for at the range so you don’t have to reload constantly
A lil spring fell out not sure if it will still shoot I got the same drum for my glock 17

Tnx for the review! Disgrace that Glock doesn't offer any OEM extended mags for the 43x, so we're stuck with 3rd parties
Yep. I like Glocks but they aren't much on innovation or giving the customer what they want.
I use it on my pc charger it seems to do fine. No jam yet
Useful for caa conversion kit
Useful how ? I have the caa mck and still don't know if this is reliable.. or if it fits..

Can you make a video of dissemble and assemble of this pro mag drum
Unfortunately, no. RUclips rules are rather strict about "building guns". Showing assembly and disassembly of guns/paets/accessories is not allowed.

A spring and detent fell out of mines. Idk where it goes. Ian see A spring in urs.
