This is a death penalty case and it truly rubs me wrong the fact that prosecutor is holding evidence and how the judge is rushing this trial without defense having what it needs

The defense has the right to access all the evidence the state plans on using against the defendant at trial before the trial. So the state must not plan on using any of the evidence its witholding. The evidence in the probable cause affidavit is crucialto the defense in preparing their case. The state is using the sealing of this case to withold evidence, which maybe exculpatory. Even if Brian loses at this point, the case will get overturned on appeal. There are too many rights violations at play and the state is well aware of it! They botched the investigation, now they are botching the trial!

I think your incorrect she's doing her job to defend her client and like she has stated he's innocent and the fact she believes it she is doing everything she can to make sure he has a fair trial and currently it's not ....if you were accused of something you didn't do and the end is death penalty wouldn't u want to have a fair trial

They need to go to trial now! The Defense is as ready as the prosecution is.
Ann Taylor is going to keep dragging this on. She knows that is her only hope to win this case. There is just too much evidence against BK and she knows she could never wade through it all.
That's the problem, all this evidence they claimed they have, they are refusing to turn it over to the defense. Why?! If they have it, why won't they give it up? Notice how the state says much of it won't be relevant or will probably be inadmissible at trial. The only explanation is that they don't have what they said they had or there is exculpatory evidence that proves Kohberger innocent. That's the only way the state would withhold it.
There's no clear evidence that's why they aren't handing it over to her like they were ordered too and the very little evidence they handed over she broke that apart with all the holes it had
