CAN YOU STILL GAME ON A GTX 650 - VS GTX 560

So the GTX 650 - Nvidias baby Kepler card - is a very popular choice for really budget gaming rigs. But should it be?
Today we are looking at how it stacks up in a few games against its older Fermi based cousin, the GTX 560.
The PC we are running the game on consists of the following:
CPU: Intel Core i5 4590 @ 3.7Ghz

Ram: 8GB DDR3

My friend still uses this card with his AMD FX 6100 Black Edition with 8GB of 1600 MHz RAM in his rig. He was able to play the entire of Rise of the Tomb Raider and all of its DLC with no problems (besides the frame rate being less than 30 most of the time) with no special tweaks required, on the lowest settings at 720P of course.
I wonder why it wouldn't work for you. What CPU and amount of RAM did you use?

i have a gtx 650 and i can run fallout 4 at playabe fps with med-high settings, csgo max settings with 60fps and fortnight with med-high settings at 60 fps. what more could someone ask for with an old budget card.

F7GOS nah in my country I mght be lucky and get 660 ti for 70 its all overpriced here in serbia but I found an rx 560 for 80 it even has warranty so I just might pickt it up
