For magazine 04 - I got all excited, landed where you did, saw the same marker icon, the star with two smiley faces, but..... it was not it, it was a "military post". :( will keep looking. edit, found icon again, this time it was "decrepit military instillation". ha ha, not giving up. edit - FOUND IT !!! It wasn't close to where OrcCorp found it, I exhausted all areas around his find, but I DID find it in the hills biome. Thanks so much to OrcCorp, because of you I found it in about 90 minutes. So that is 3 people now that have found it on Montara Luna, this is your best chance if any of you are determined to get this 04 magazine. "deserted freestar collective garrison" is an extremely rare, randomly generated location. I am level 305, and this was the first time I ever saw it. My best advice is look for that star and 2 v shaped smiley faces icon, and if you see it on your scanner, ONLY go check it out if it is up high, on a large mountain. Land, go to top of ship, scan. Just grind it out, land over and over, you WILL find it. Once you do locate it, and Starfield shows "deserted freestar collective garrison found", immediately hard save your game. I wont spoil anything, but I will say I had an immediate encounter that I had never seen before, and you do NOT want to take a chance of losing your game. :)

Good luck. It can take several dozen of those before you find what you're looking for. It can take tens of hours of searching.
