INGREDIENTS
Cooling rack and sheet pan:
STEAK OF CHOICE ( RIBEYE, TBONE, FILET ETC )
SEASONING:
1 tablespoon EACH ( mix together in a bowl )
kosher salt
garlic powder
onion powder
beef boullion powder ( you can also use a half pack of Lipton beefy onion soup mix )
1 tsp black pepper
Scampi sauce : ( you can adjust all of these ingredients to desired amount )
1 stick salted butter
2 tbs garlic ( or garlic powder)
1/2 cup whiskey or white wine
1 cup chicken stock
2 tbs lemon juice ( or the juice of 1 lemon )
1/4 cup parmesan cheese ( or to taste )
2 tbs parsley
1/2 -1 lb peeled and cleaned shrimp ( please adjust to desired amount)

Let me just tell you that I made this steak last night for me and my daughter. It was so darn good that my vegetarian husband had to get a piece and couldn’t stop eating it. He said that it was better than any steak house we have eaten at. Thank you for this recipe!!

"Looking for you in the daylight with a flashlight " This brought me an instant laugh and reminded me of the day my hubs had me looking for a Copperhead snake in our front yard under a shade tree. He insisted that I was safe to be out there in my bedroom shoes while I held the flashlight for him to see and kill the the snake. I desperately wanted to put my boots on. 🤔😱 I was like are you serious? It's broad daylight and if you need this flashlight to see him, how can you assure me that he won't bite me before you can even see him much less take him out. 🙄🤣
