this is not new. ive had cops pull me over years ago and they would say "You were'nt wearing your seat belt".

You know when they first proposed the seat belt law in Ohio the legislature swore they would never pull you over for not wearing a seatbelt and here it is, I remember damn near hanging out the windows and riding in the rear of the old station wagon no seat belts and driving as a young man no seat belts. We were a free people.The government doesn't have the authority but yet the do gooders lost the religion and moved into government God help us all
Then you must remember how the ohio voters soundly defeated the issue when it was on the ballot. Yet we have a seat belt law. And people wonder why many have lost faith in the electoral process.

Should be our choice whether to wear it or not. Secondly there aren't enough police on the roads anymore to enforce it anyways.

i am fat and i have a hard time putting a seatbelt on it also makes it hard to breath at times
the issue is they dont make seatbelts long enough for larger people why cant wear them
