You could also have a farm of sheep (If you don't already have one), BUT, I do believe you can change the color of the wool. To do that you can right click on sheep but only when they are babies.
But I am sure you can change the color of the sheep. You just use the dyes on the sheep so you don't have to continueously keep making dyes and you can just keep lets say sheering blue wool off of 1 sheep.
I built this then made an underground base below it. The cats goal was to kill all creepers in minecraft then become mans best friend. That is why creepers are scared of cats. :D
it would be cool if you wrote in the description how much each color of wool you actually used. Kinda hard to go through the video and figure it out. just a suggestion!

For black wool, I think you could just dye 2 sheep black and keep breeding them to get more black sheep/wool XD

Easiest way to get colored wool is to dye you sheep and breed them

I think he should have built in in creative mode, it would have been a lot easier plus this takes a really long time when you keep messing up
