Second off all I highly doubt it would have mattered wether or not Bismarck would still have been chansllor in 1914 The British wanted to eliminate their competition The French wanted revenge and alsace lotheringen back One way or another ww1 would still have happened Long story short almost everyone was out for German blood and there really was no preventing that Bismarck would probably be just as sucsesfull in preventing ww1 as kaiser wilhelm II.
