B&H maybe next time you should invite someone who can actually name the animals in the photos and someone who understands the ethics of wildlife photography. Paying guides to catch frogs on the property so you can place them on top of the perfect flower so you can get the shot. Are you kidding me?? Frogs are among the most vulnerable and endangered species in the tropics.
I literally just came to add the same comment. Thank you for saying this. I was absolutely astonished to hear this presenter saying things like, “Again, this was a guy who HAD snakes and put it on the branch for us”, and “Our guide put this frog on a ginger plant for this photo”. Totally unethical and , frankly, pathetic. You go all the way to the most biologically diverse place on earth, and then use captive animals for your photos. What a joke. This kind of exploitation really just epitomises human ignorance, arrogance and selfishness. In addition, not that it’s even close to as problematic as the lack of ethics, but it’s also just lazy photography. Respect animals and nature. Bad move here, B&H. As Reiman says, next time get someone who understands and respects the ethics of wildlife photography.
Yeah, wanted to say exactly the same thing, I'm blown away by how little knowledge of the animals they photograph he has, constantly calling caimans crocodiles and crocodiles caimans, that one was hilarious.
Wish he knew the complete proper names for the animals. It’s an eyelash pit viper, a red eyed tree frog, a tamandua ...don’t dumb it down. Not sure why someone would run a wildlife workshop without being a naturalist. Still nice video
What's the name of the place with the branches, snakes and frogs pre-placed for you to just grab a few shots? I'm interested in going didn't know that existed.... And I live close
Great content Jeff. I am going in Feb for three weeks and I will be taking the same lens kit as you have recommended but I will be taking the Canon R5 body. I won't be taking a laptop so how much memory would you recommend to take for a 3 week period mainly shooting birds and mammals. Thanks in advance.

Absolutely appalling - lazy, touristy "photography" without any regard for native wildlife protection and conservation. Equally appalling that B&H would endorse this.
The B&H side in these videos always seems to have a poor audio and video feed. If only you dad a place where you could buy items to fix these issues...
