You dip the brush in the paint. Then wipe all the paint off. Then apply. So most the paint is off the brush. Or like most the liquid is off. That's the best I can explain it
Watching through the video I'm like, "eh, that's a lot of effort. Not sure it's worth it." Finished product I'm like, "Oh wow, that looks freaking awesome".
