Another strangely fitting detail with the Beast Ball Shuckle combination, Beast Ball's throw animation opens up a wormhole which has a similar pattern to the bug net that the Net Ball has, so with Shuckle being a Bug and partially wormlike, this match is almost uncanny because of how perfect it is.
You should have chosen Espeon for the Friend Ball. The white bottom references Eevee's shiny, and the green and red dot match Espeon with its red gemstone. The yellow lines can reference that it evolves during the day, and obviously through high friendship. I'm surprised that it didn't immediately catch your eye.
I know it's my bias talking since it was my first shiny in sword and shield, but I will never forget about Grapploct! Literally the first Clobbopus I encountered was shiny and I wasn't prepared to see the square shiny animation since I didn't know a lot about the pokemon.
The only issue I have with the color / ball rankings is that it really mostly takes into consideration colors and not theming. I think Fast Ball works great with regular Voltorb and Electrode because of their impressive speed, and the fact that it’s not just a standard Poké Ball color, but also with an electric symbol upon it, the symbol of their very type! I catch a lot of Electric-Types in Fast Balls for this very reason. A fitting ball for many of the Electric Type.
my most recent favorite pairing is Forretress with the Luxury Ball, or any Pokemon that got a golden texture in SV. the new texture on it is AMAZING!! i also like the (specifically Future) Paradox mons in the Timer Ball, just for the entry animation since i think it fits very well thematically! awesome video!!
Victini is indeed a rabbit! It's actually based on usagi-ringo, which is a way that apple slices can be cut so the peel splits and sticks out like rabbit ears Edit: typo
for the timer ball, i think ursaluna would be a good one kinda. the colors aren't 100%, but the aesthetics of it work, like the clocks in the throwing animation being how ursaluna transcended time and evolved and stuff. just something i thought i'd add
My first shiny was a shinx in legends arceus and I caught her in an ultra ball because that game sadly doesn’t have a luxury ball. I named her lucky and Luxray is now my favourite Pokémon!
With the Luxury Ball, I feel like shiny Revavroom fits it best, both having a nice gold in their color scheme! Also I’ve ALWAYS wanted a shiny Furfrou, so you have one other fan at least lol!
With Trevanent being my favorite ghost type i caught my shiny version in a timer ball for both the color matching and the fact that its shiny looks like what it would normally look like if time went by aka why i chose the timer ball
I think I probably would have picked Jangmo-o for the Love Ball and Dragapult for the Moon Ball, but I totally agree with the rest! I think I might have to make some more exceptions for my Luxury-Balls-only rule if I ever get any of these.
I got my first shiny in the main series games by breeding for it - a shiny Galarian Ponyta! I bred it specifically to have good IVs & to be in a Love Ball. I've got a collection of breedables in one of my PC boxes in SWSH, all of them are caught in neat Pokeballs.
I feel like cherish ball is one hell of a missed opportunity. Genesect is my favorite match, being mostly red with very subtle black accents and looking unnatural, just like the ball itself.
While Aegislash is a objectively better pick for the Level Ball, I'd argue Reshiram or even Victiny work really well too. Reshiram has all the three colors, and Victiny cause, well, it has V on it
Well, i have a skuntank in a masterball I got from an illegal decidueye. He's reddish purple, plus he probably knew memento so YEET. I hate when shinies kill themselves. I had lost a first try shiny regieleki to struggle because I had no masterballs. And I can't hunt it since I already caught it.
You should give yourself more credit: Grapploct is a GREAT pick, omg!!! Like, look at the black circle with the yellow ring on the sides of the head! And I think Deoxys edges out the Quick Ball pick over Dragpult because of the existence of SPEED Forme. :) And is that the PvZ font? :D (Also, you almost had it!: It's "nah-gə-NAH-dəl") (Oh also, it's totally not a big deal, but it sounds like you're constantly moving toward-and-then-away-from the mic, btw! :) -Paintspot Infez Wasabi!

Love Ball fits so well with Ducklett! Not only does its shiny turn pink, Ducklett also has the heart motif going on in its design!
Shiny Trevenant is one of my favourite pokemon and I love the design of the timer ball. That pairing felt like a personal victory for me
I caught both my Zacian and Zamazenta in Lure balls since both were sleeping in a lake . So it makes sense catching both in lure balls.

For Heavy Ball I'd honestly go with Berry Sweet shiny Alcremie. It has all 3 colours present and even blue features on heavy ball look like berries.
