- Whilst it's unfortunately debarking of our magical sailing aboard the Disney Wish, we are very excited to be checking in to the Grand Floridian Main Building Club Level for three nights! We give you a little tour of the club level experience before we take out one of the pontoons. In the evening, we get caught in a major thunderstorm in Magic Kingdom.

We start off by showing you a little bit of the Disney Cruise Line debarkation process. We decided to use express walk-off where we took our cases with us. However, you can leave the cases outside the stateroom before 10pm on the last night of your sailing to have your cases offloaded into the port for you. We use the Disney Cruise Line transfer to make our way from Port Canaveral to Walt Disney World and the Grand Floridian.
Once at the Grand, we are shown upstairs to the Club Level concierge desk. Here we check-in, before being shown to our Main Building Theme Park view room. We managed to book this room direct with Disney on a last minute summer deal for about 25% off the full price (passholder/DVC member offer). Tune in for a full room tour and review of the theme park view. We also show you around the Club Level lounge and get lunch at the Gasparilla Grill quick services restaurant.
After lunch, we rent a pontoon boat and tour Seven Seas Lagoon and Bay Lake. The cost was $45 for the first 30 minutes, it's then charged per 5 minutes after that. We also got a DVC discount too.
We pop back to the room for a little cool down and nap, before we take the monorail over to Magic Kingdom. Once there, we see the new Adventure Friends Cavalcade, a bit of Mickey's Royal Friendship Fare, ride Splash Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain, It's A Small World and Carousel of Progress. We have dinner at Columbia Harbour House and pop into the Emporium merchandise store.
Whilst at Magic Kingdom, we get caught in a major thunderstorm. With heavy rain, lots of lightning, thunder and water flooding the pathways, it was a sight to behold. Thankfully, we were able to take shelter in Gaston's Tavern, at times it looked like something out of a hurricane / tropical storm. The storm meant that Enchantment was delayed, and then cancelled, but we had such a unique experience, we really didn't mind.

Oh my goodness, I was the Cast Member that gave you the back row on pirates I'm sorrryyyyy! It's normally the driest apart from the random cannons! I vividly remember this day because of that storm oh my! Was so nice to finally meet you and hope you had the best trip, thanks for making my day!
last time I was in Disney it stormed like that while we were in Be Our Guest, when we came out we ran through the closed park in the rain, laughing the whole way as my dad fought with a disposable poncho and my niece skipped through the park and jumped in puddles. by the time we got back to the car we were soaked through and our bellies hurt from laughing so much. it’s one of my favorite memories in MK 🥰🌧
We just got back from Disney today! Loved seeing the MK all decked out for Halloween. One of our favorite parts was boarding a bus to one of the parks. We stuck up a conversation with a lovely family from the UK because two of them were wearing your shirt! The same one Gary has on at the end. We talked about you guys the whole way to the park and how much we love your videos!

We've been saving for almost two years for a holiday we never thought we'd be able to realistically do, but next week we're flying out there. Watching you and Gary not only gave us cheerful content to binge through lockdown, but loads of really useful tips and tricks on how to make the resources we do have go further. I suppose though lightening rods or not if it's gonna get you it will. We came back last week and during our stay and a lightening storm a mum on school pick up in orlando was killed by being near a tree and it struck her through the ground . Scary .

The best club level room at Grand Floridian is the king deluxe that are in the turrets. On my first solo trip back on 2018 I stayed in one, could watch fireworks from Magic Kingdom and Epcot, and it had a walk in closet. It was just so amazing, could actually lay in the huge bed and watch fireworks while I ate my desserts.
I'm shook-eth...I'm not sure I've ever seen Gary eat a burger! I thought it was always chicken lol. Great video as always, you guys brighten my day. Also, I love thunder storms! so bonus watching that x

My heart aches when I see you back in Disney. I used to go down in March and meet up with friends who camped in Ft. Wilderness and we had the greatest times. We always spent a couple of evenings in the Grand Floridian just pretending we were staying there, and listening to the piano player.😄 If I were to go now, I would need to be velcroed to the two of you. I would be so lost. Thanks for bringing it to me here. Loved the laughs Gary gave us with his performance in that area you were in during the storm. Love you two. 💙💛

I love Gary’s singing and dancing, and bravo Adam with the pontoon 👍🏿 Even though our family did the ‘Dad Sweep’ on our WISH trip we still managed to leave behind an IPad. Disney could not have had better customer service in getting that back to us 😊 I may even forgive them for giving me COVID whilst on the WISH ... 😂 It was beyond AWFUL 😩💃🏿. But, still loved the cruise and would highly recommend !
I agree. A travel show with you both would be a joy. I want to thank you both for the happiness you bring with your adventures. I have needed a shot of happiness since we lost our dog this week. OMG, I was in the same area during a thunderstorm. And when you could see the lightning in the short distance, we zipped into the giftshop in that area. Even with a poncho, I was drenched...LOL... Peter Pan's flight line NEVER goes down....

Happy day after guys! I watched yesterday but missed letting you know how wonderful it was of a transition to WDW. Love seeing the Floridian again but really loved your leisurely boat ride and NOT colliding into the ferry boats!! Highlight..was the spider lightning you caught so bravely. We see these so clearly at night with such open water on either side of us in Florida and no skyscrapers blocking them. Please don't stand under a tree!!⚡
