This was the first thing why I moved from old NetBeans to IntelliJ Idea, tough there's already this feature in new Apache Netbeans, Idea is more ergonomic and supports much more pluggins
I have conflict with find action command in macbook - it opens some terminal window, is it usual or only in my device? It is Apple M1 Pro, Sonoma 14.5.
I'm using the default macOS keymap. Please open the Settings and go to Keymap to check a. which keymap you're using and b. whether this is in fact set as the shortcut for Find Action. (Just is case you've created your own shortcut / replace it with something else). Note that you can search the keymap, or find it under Main menu | Help | find Action (I'm using IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate 2024.1.4).
Actually, I see the message from Idea: "Find Action... and 12 more shortcut conflict with macOS shortcuts. Modify these shortcuts or change macOS system settings."
@@Dmitrii.Izmirov Ah yes, so that would mean you'd have to either turn off these macOS shortcuts (in System Settings) or add a custom shortcuts in IntelliJ IDEA: www.jetbrains.com/help/idea/configuring-keyboard-and-mouse-shortcuts.html#add-keyboard-shortcut
