Put a bet on Sunday william hill the payout slip got lost in the betting terminal staff claimed the bets been payed out .yet they don't have any evidence of paying the bet out .staff said there's nothing we can do about it.
These corporations simply do not care they know no matter how much bad press they get it will not affect their bottom line because people's gambling addictions do not care about morals
Corporations rarely care about anything but profit.
They dont get half as much bad press as they should, because they are massive Sponsors and advertisers in the corrupt media.
Who would blame corporations like these, they're all scum by their very nature. The people at fault are our governments for letting them mislead and get away with these insane Ts & Cs when they contradict gambling legislation and even basic human rights.
Just been telling my mother about this over the phone earlier and she said the government said they were meant to be clamping down on TV adverts, she says it's never been as bad and all they've done is add some small print saying be careful gambling and if you think you have a problem contact gamble aware, that's like selling crack and handing out a card saying if you think you've a problem talk to FRANK!

Sing bet are absolutely notorious for voiding bets. Promoting them as a "safe' bookie for punters is grossly irresponsible and hurts your credibility badly.
All the cases mentioned are different but it's a worrying trend used by bookmakers to try and intimidate winning punters by refusing payment or by hiding behind Terms and Conditions.'Criminal'is the only word that can be used.
during Qatar WC I cashed out £1,400 on a footy bet online with ladbrokes.. The next day when I logged on ONLY £120 was in my ladbrokes account. Also they sent me an email saying you gusessd it er we had a technical glitch. Absolute bool sheet lies from ladbrokes 100%!!!!!! Its daylight robbery.

I live in Australia & in March i had a $5 all up on 7 horses at Flemington with bet easy i put the bet on Friday evening for Saturdays races the last horse in the bet was a non runner lucky for me as the first 6 won i Collected $27,500+ they paid out within 10 min I would urge any punter with a winning bet to Sue if the bookie refuses to pay out good luck to all punters

I recently placed bets on Katie Taylor's last fight in Dublin. All the soft book makers were offering long odds on a knockdown in the first round and even longer odds on KT being knocked down in round 1. I backed it at around 70/1. KT was clearly knocked down in round one by a legal blow and the referee instantly ruled it a 'slip'. A lot of punters got robbed here and nobody mentioned it.

I saw that and it was a knock down. It's a matter of fact whether it's a knock down or not, not a matter of the arbitrary opinion of the referee. She did not slip, she did not have her foot stood on, was nailed by a punch when she was square and went down, it's knock down all day.
If it were the other way around and it was the customers implementing rules after the event, they would be laughed at!

Always read the T&C's especially when doing markets such as the snow on christmas day, do not count on the member of staff behind the counter as they are likely min wage worker and dont give a rats ass about the job.

I done a nba bet few weeks abck with skybet the special was the team to win or draw the 3rd quarter 5/4 boosted to 6/4 had only £40 on it the quarter ended 27-27 stating my eyes im a winner, bet was settled a loser went on live chat to the agent they said they offered a draw market on the game to end draw also so woudnt be paying me out, there absolute crooks

There's always been speculation on this although nobody knows for sure, not that I'm aware has said in public.
Even if that was true, this certainly doesn’t make sense as anything other than a technical glitch.
I have sympathy with betfair on this. They’ve got to have some protection for what can only be a legitimate technical failure. Very different from the one that voided a casino game reporting some vague technical issue.

As regards the Ladbrokes snow bet even if the events had been unrelated which quite obviously they weren’t there would have been a restriction on the maximum payout on such a market. Not being someone who bets on snow I’m not au fait with the max on such a market but I’d be surprised if it was more than £50,000. And if you’re going to do accumulators you really do need to know the rules .

I think the Snow bet and the betfair and software glitch could be properly refused by the bookmaker's concerned-with the other bets the bookmakers acted appallingly.

Have a google there's some speculation, I think it was an advantage play of sorts - not that it's a bad thing. They want it all one way!
You never hear this about the lottery so instead of doing a long shot big payout bet with one of these bookies you might as well buy a lottery ticket. However, if I did work out a big payout bet I would spread it out among several bookies to stay under the radar and withdraw the money ASAP!

The Ladbrokes one is just stupidity on the cashiers part and not Ladbrokes. Any bettor with half a braincell knows that they would never get an acca on those selections. If they wanted a price on it snowing in all of those places it would have been a special odds request to the traders who in all honesty would probably refuse it or give an incredibly low price. Also, Terms and Conditions have maximum payouts. Notice how this one didn't go to court or anything, the customer knew he was trying it on.

Tough question, if you're in the UK without access to a sharp book or broker then it's exchanges only really. That said, there's still premium charge issues.
Caan the thing that jumps out at me from the examples you give is that with the exception of skybet they’re all bookies with decent reputations so far as paying out is concerned.
Yet there are plenty of very dubious bookies with appalling reputations-mainly foreign ones- and yet they barely feature in these kind of videos.

Not in my experience, Anthony. My inbox and DM's every day gets new cases sent to me an they're usually about the same companies (many of those mentioned). The small ones are pretty bad too but sometimes people don't realise they're actually owned by the big ones too. Happy for you to bring specific cases to my attention, not familiar with the 32 red one will take a look.

The problem is that these bookmakers make billions every year-they are worth 100's of billions collectively.They do what they like and governments let them.
Betting is a con, the sad reality is though is that some people can't quit, and bookies know this. If you have children raise them to know betting will ruin them.

Yes, a conflict of interests especially when half the PL are sponsored by betting companies! People like Betway, pay the PL to advertise at very times round the pitch. You start getting very odd decisions like Sheff United, getting a last minute penalty against West Ham, when the player fouled the keeper.

The first one with Bet 365 is clearly a breach there is no way a student had £25k it was obviously staked for other punters with restrictions so they were lucky to get a payout there. The William Hill one an advantage player who managed to get too much on. I don’t blame them for not paying out, was probably a runner for a bigger punter. Should have had SOW done on him before the bet was even taken. So many fraudsters about in the betting industry.

If ladbrokes were right, why did they accept the bet? They don't in Australia because the law states that they have to pay it out if they took the bet, even as a mistake (Ladbrokes). Miraculous how they don't alter their systems to stop such bets being taken in the UK isn't it? Or is it because they know its a way of keeping extra money because they can do such shitty things?
@@CaanBerryProTrader How would a cashier know it was an accumulated bet? They don't even read the things half the time other than the stake amount, the till works out the return if there is one. They didn't keep the money, they paid out on all single bets, which is correct. I bet the customer knew he was pulling a fast one though.
The same way they do (same company) in Austalia - the till system. The company are the ones pulling a fast one - there's no excuse for it in 2024. They didn't pay out anywhere near the full amount, if you read the articles the customer was oblivious. If these companies can track every inch of a customers life and ensure they only accept valid slips where they operate in other countries they can do it here. It's just that its more profitable for them to pull a fast one, I have zero sympathy for them.
@@CaanBerryProTrader I get what you are saying, but it's a related bet and clearly covered in the rules. You can't bet on a horse to win and get a place as a double, it's treated as two singles. So why would they let you bet on a white xmas in Newcastle and Sunderland as a double? It's almost impossible not to be both, or neither.
They probably didn't advertise this at the time, as the marketers don't always understand betting.
It also says that they can keep your money if someone has transfered you money (third party betting) in their rules, or that if they believe you have colluded with someone (like betting tips they advertise). I understand what a related contingency is, but the responsibilty is on them (they manage it elsewhere as I said). We're not in a 1960's smoke filled betting shop with no computer anymore - there's no excuse. Blaming the marketing team or the cashier is weak, these companies turn over billions every year and track thousands of data points, they could at least sort their core business out instead of blaming the customer after the fact. The same company even advertised related contingencies in the past, its boring, its never their fault and they get to keep the money - ridiculous.

@@CaanBerryProTrader True good point. I truly hate all bookies with a passion. I have had over 50 accounts banned/restricted Caan. The best was this year when Betfair did the ol' we care safer gambling compulsory nonsense chat. I said the only problem I have with gambling is getting enough of a bet on as you restrict winners and want losers. As well as no BOG etc even if they do let you have a little go with a tenner or whatever. With that comment they then claimed I had an issue with gambling and banned me (self exclusion they called it) for 6 months. Of course this also affected the rest of the Mafia Cartel of Paddypower, Skybet and even my $10 Sunday Pokerstars game was affected as banned on that too. Had no idea they were all the same group until then! They are digusting in every way. PS Thanks for exposing them and for all the video's. I just wish we could all open an account in Asia. Of course the corrupt Government wont allow it as it is all one big stitch up to the punter. But remember they care, safer gambling......PLEASE LOSE! :)

Paddy Power refused to pay me out a £900. win They told me that they only took the bet on because they thought that it was going to lose. I bet that Andy Murray would win his first grand slam at 9/4 I put £400 on. I won. I eventually got my money after waiting in the betting shop for over two hours. They at one time said they would pay me out at 15/8 I said oh no you won’t. They thought that I didn’t know the difference!
