This sequel really surpasses the first one. Chucky always have the best lines ever!

2 years after the first film, Andy Barclay, the boy hero whom defeated Chucky, is now in foster care and is hoping to have a normal life, but the little plastic psychopath comes back to life to get revenge on Andy and anyone else whom gets in his way.

the voodoo makes chucky have the strength of when he was a man and when he goes into doll mode he just relaxes

The original is 10 times better? Well, to each their own.. but this is pretty much universally considered the best in the series. More Chucky, more creative kills, better cinematography, better one liners, faster paced, the doll factory set piece... The original is maybe "spookier", but this one is FAR more entertaining.

I saw this film when I was little. It was pretty scary for me, especially that teacher kill. Now Chucky and Freddy are my favorite horror movie villains 🤣

Watch The Faculty with Usher. It's a horror movie from the late 90's, early 2000's. but completely different from Scream, Final Destination, I Know What You Did Last Summer and any other horror movie sequel of the time.

Brad douriff did a great for playing Charles lee ray/chucky in all 7 original movies and the tv series but in the remake chucky is played by mark hamill I thought he was okay but I'm still sticking with brad douriff as the original chucky

Chucky is played by the same guy who plays "Wormtongue" in Lord Of The Rings - The Two Towers and Return of The King. Not sure if you guys watched it outside of RUclips. I believe he even plays Chucky's voice on the tv series too. I love you guys's reactions. You're a beautiful family.

The foster parents were trash and people didn't take his trauma seriously. Anyone with compassion or common sense wouldn't keep the doll around and they wouldn't make him feel like he had to either in order to stay or prove anything. There was no understanding of his traumatic experience whether it was real or just in his head, that kid should also have some therapy, so no they are not equipped to take care of him.
They were absolutely trash!!!!

Child's Play 3 is the next movie, and then Bride of Chucky. Child's Play 3 is sort of required viewing or you'll be wondering why Chucky is all stitched together at the beginning of Bride instead of melted.

You thought Chucky had a new voice actor in this one but it wasn’t. Brad Dourif has been the voice of Chucky in every movie(except the remake movie) and the TV series. Just so you know. Also you guys skipped Childs play 3 and went straight to bride. Idk if you noticed.

We weren’t sure if we should skip the 3rd one.
I can see what you mean in certain areas when compared to the first movie. Like in the beginning, no one thought that it was weird that the doll had blood around and in it. And all real police investigation would have to test the blood to see who is belonged to, which would be Chucky (or Charles). And it'd be obvious nothing would be wrong with the doll after rebuilding it, considering that it was a head and all the other parts were replaced.

The voice of Chucky is Brad Dourif.. aka Wormtounge in Lord of the Rings... has been since the 1st movie all the way to the new TV series. The only one that isnt him is the "Reboot" where Mark "Skywalker" Hamill played him.

FUN FACT: The foster mom is played by Jenny Agutter, a british Actress who played the love interest in the movie, An American Werewolf in London, 1981. Which I recommend and is my favorite Werewolf movie of all time as well as The Howling and The Wolfman(1941), the 2010 remake was okay but not as good as the classic

My favorite in the series, a rate example of a great horror film sequel done right, and Chucky now allowed to have the spotlight more. And if you ask me, I'd say the series should have ended with this film, escpecially with how it ends with such an awesome climax.
