Some people just can't deal with themselves and keep trying to put other people down so they are not alone. I know it won't help if we tell you to ignore those people, but there isn't much more you can do unfortunately. I enjoy this channel a lot, I actually came here through the very same people that caused the issues in the first place and I left those people's channel, not because of the issues, but because of the continuing clickbait which I really don't like. That's all I can say, just keep doing what you like best and what gives you joy (and food on the table).

Well said Liam and good to see you are getting back on track, this was clear and effective message and also made me smile with the little liam quirks and smirks you put in. I hate the vanlife community having issues with each other and not recognising we should all pull together or at least respect each other and be professional. I have seen too many people, myself included get damaged by comments or behaviour, whether intentional or not. So many in our community suffer from mental health issues and use social media as front or to help cope, people do not realise the damage that can be done to us vunerable folk and how quickly that can escalate behind the scenes to something life threatening. I am saddened to see folk who should know better behave so irresponsibly. Yes mistakes happen when in a mood or irked, but to follow this through instead of letting things calm own is unforgiveable. Ive seen your wonderful side and your dark side, yet I still think you are up there in the example of good folk, so refuse to 'dislike' you just because of others issues. Thats just petty! You are an awesome bloke and amazing father to your kids, you are an inspiration to many and make dreams become reality with your van builds - including mine. Look how far you have come and the following you have. They say all publicity is good publicity but behind every you tube channel or social media outlet is a human being. So be kind. We have lost so many beautiful souls like Lee .. celebrate the successes, be positive, enjoy your day and be your authentic self - there is only one you .. be proud and shine brightly. Thats not ego thats survival and how you become successful. Even in the dark moments you will be seen and loved by those who matter. I will always support folk and refuse to take sides as everyone has issues, has bad days, makes mistakes or have their own opinion. Coming from someone who is coming out of 20yrs of bad mental n physical ills, it's terribly hard to switch off from the negative when you're struggling, part of why I like your channel is because you're real and you throw everything in, no masks or bs it is what it is and in this world I value how real you are. I hope you find ways to deal with all this and I will help where I can by reporting etc n happy to help and you are right ignoring doesn't stop it, I think it almost fuels n encourages them more. We've all had a rough few years and your channel gives me a break from the fears n madness of the world. Please know that there are unknowns like me who value your channel and watch you just because we like what you do and are grateful you share your journey through it all and will help as n when we can, just let us know how, like you have today. 'Oh my God! I've thrown a piece of cheese on my baby's face!' I briefly considered that as a great idea for a video but I would have to go get some cheese and borrow a baby which could be tricky to do in this day and age 😀 But seriously Liam I think it's great that you have decided to keep going as you would be sorely missed and also make other potential content creators rethink whether it is all worth it. Trying to maintain a positive mental attitude is hard work when you have a busy stressful life and are trying to build a business. You are doing a great job which will always upset somebody in this weird world in which we live, but that is their problem not yours. Just take a deep breath and soldier on knowing that we love and support you. Our kitten Ziggy is available on request for cuddles (or cheese throwing) whom you and Phoenix met at Vanlove fest.
There are so many genuine followers who appreciate what you do and who you are and what you are about, the biggest most massive failing would be to throw in the towel and basically succumb to the very small percentage of dickheads. You've grown your channel to where it is you've sowed the seeds and grown your subscribers those subscribers who are loyal need you to continue doing what you do best.
Maybe it's me showing my age, I was bought up in the 70s and there was this parenting thing that said "If you you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all."...Lot to be said for old fashioned standards.

Unfortunately the stick you get is the way of social media. It ain't fair but jealousy is a character trait that brings out the worst on media platforms.
You're a good guy. You make content that a lot of people like myself included. You also seem sincere and that makes it for you to understand why folk are negative against you.

A question that helps me is; Will this matter in one years time? If I think it won't then I try to disengage from it.
What matters is being kind and authentic to yourself first, then with your family and friends in your inner circle.

The key word is authenticity. You said it. You’re yourself in your videos, you own the difficult bits and the mistakes and so on and don’t hide from that. We all make mistakes, nobody is perfect, you being yourself and sharing lots of different aspects of your life is what makes your channel. That you show off your skills whilst simultaneously talking about health, challenges you face, how you have fun etc is why people like me follow you. Keep on brother.
