The beans are more reddish in color. They’re not white beans. As for the juice/sauce, it’s been baked so it’s more of the juice from the meat that seeps into the beans
its a really long process of making but the end result is so good, they are white beans, boiled for like 6 hours and then put in the oven for like 2-3 more hours, its really good one of my fav food

@DDtch6669 please learn the situation before you comment on something you have zero stakes in and it influences the entire lives of others: no one agreed, the referendum was successfully boycotted, this was unconstitutionally forced on the Macedonians.
There is no such thing as North Macedonian, the name which was illegally and dictatorially against all human rights conventions forced on Macedonia only stands for the country not anything else, and here you too should not use the prefix North. It is only Macedonia, and Macedonian. Please respect the locals, don't stand on the side of fascism and Nazism, ok?
