Thank you so much for covering the prescription medications! I am launching on my travels in a little over a year and you have confirmed my hope that there will be places where it is not only that easy, but quantities can be procured so that I don't have to see a Dr. every time I jump a border. 🙂

Delicious food worth salivating! Definitely a lot healthier than the pre-packaged and loaded with chemicals meat in the US or Canada. Just FYI, we know someone who was on those meds and lost weight and got healthier and when he went in for his check up the Dr. told him he didn't need them. You are both walking a lot more and eating quality food now, so who knows maybe you are in a good place to lower the meds and maybe get off of them in time. All the best😊

@@JayandSarah Forgot to mention the circumstances surrounding the individual who got off the meds. So, he was feeling sick when taking the meds, so in his mind he thought he needed to have them increased because they weren't working anymore. So, to his surprise the Dr. told him you are feeling sick because you are taking meds you don't need anymore. Thought I would mention incase similar thing happens down the road.

Dipping bread in the food is something we do often but when we are at home or with family, not much in public. "Snosti Minav" and "Turist" are my favorit restaurants in the old bazar . Any idea why dipping the bread out in public is not a thing? It is interesting you like Canada. There are lots of good things about it, but for most immigrants in the last few years it is impossible to survive and may return home. It is not as good as one would think. Thanks and we will visit again!

The medication you did get are with prescription only. For us anyway we cant get them without. Probably because you are just visiting and you had the packages they allow you to get them with privite price, not like in prescription you pay much less. Anyway Im glad you did get your medications

from wikipedia : The state's name derives from the Greek word Μακεδονία (Makedonía),[10][11] a kingdom (later, region) named after the ancient Macedonians. Their name, Μακεδόνες (Makedónes), ultimately derives from the ancient Greek adjective μακεδνός (makednós), meaning 'tall' or 'taper',[12] which shares the same root as the adjective μακρός (makrós, 'long, tall, high') in ancient Greek.
