    If it was working, it wouldn't be subsidized by The NBA since its inception. The 'W' has never made a PROFIT!!! I like basketball and I've been watching the women's game since 1996. I worked for both leagues and have signed memorabilia. I loved The Comets, Storm and Fever. I kinda stopped in 2016 and would catch games periodically but that was all sports in general around that time. I, like most people started watching because of CC. There are other good to great players but no one like Caitlin(talent, energy, selflessness) in almost 30 years.

    • @ericMT
      @ericMT 7 дней назад +4

      Everyone not playing overseas should be practicing as much as possible before the next season. Resources are available to all players that are on a team. It’s fine to take a break after the season but the league is slowly getting better and lazy veteran bench players will be left behind as new hungry college students make the jump to the pros.
      Players in Unrivaled should have been practicing and we’ve seen a little of that from a few of them. But you don’t get better without putting in the work. That’s the beauty of sports. The funny thing is it always seems like the best players put the most work in. So they just keep improving.

    The solution to the WNBA problem is simple :
    1) WNBA must STOP keeping score at games (loosing might hurt someone's feelings 🤕 ) ;
    2) All product endorsement money must be shared EQUALLY with ALL players ;
    3) All players must receive identical Participation Trophies 🏆 and
    4) the NBA must give MORE Charity Money to the WNBA so EVERY player can make $5 Million !
    Then EVERYONE can be Happy and we can ALL just get along together !

    Has someone counted how many layups were missed by team? Make 95% layups and the investors and viewers will come. These ladies need to watch game 5 of the finals and comment on the number of missed layups and brick shots in the most important game of the year! The product is subpar at best.

    Victimhood incorporated. It’s a brilliant business strategy which has been working for 28 years until CC came along and the new Stan’s didn’t understand the rules.
