This is just another day of my life in San Antonio, Cateel. Yup, I may be a foreign guy, but I am really starting to feel like I am becoming part of the community here. We were invited to a simple and small celebration at our friend Ivan's place. His baby Christening.

Thats how we Filipinos make our immune system strong. We eat anything that is offered on the table. We do not ask what what the ingredients are because we might not like it, we ask only because we are curious. Walang arte arte we eat what is offered and be thankful for it. Watching you do these things you are truly becoming a Filipino.

You know... there's something different about your vlog this time Kyle. Maybe it's just me but I really sensed genuine personality, character, humility, yet strength in the way you guys interacted with the local community. More specifically, the family you shared the Christening celebration with. It was like there was a connection, understanding, and value in the constitution of family created by God. That's one of the best things about Filipinos. You don't need to know everybody's names. We can can easily call kuya or ate, nang or nong, etc. And those smiles around us are priceless. I miss my home country.

Watching this video of a simple Binyagan (christening) got me emotional. It just shows that it doesn't have to be a very grand celebration but it's better to just celebrate with loved ones and good people...

Hey Kulas, every time you eat Lanzones, do not throw away the peel, dry it until it has shrunk, keep it and you can use that as mosquito repellant....like a katol.....burn it slowly like an incense ....try it

I’m so jealous of kulas life ! He has a house near by the beach living with beautiful and loving family and he keep going out meeting new people never stop smiling 😊! What a simple life and full of happiness in his heart! Keep it up kulas! We are so lucky to have in our country promoting how beautiful people we are and have a beautiful island! missing all those food when i was staying in the pearl farm in palawan for 10 years😊, the fish and the seafood was great and free😊.. and also my ASAY team in the island... "ASAY kaon naa"😂🤣😂🤣
The vibe is envigorating along d roadside string of sort of general stores... from a fruit stand/produce, carenderia, fish market... etc. Those lansones r large size, d fresh lapux2, seaweed n ampalaya ug pugita are hard or impossible to find where i live 😃 😃😃. Hi Kulas n friends... obviously u guys r enjoying d promdi life. Cheers...

Kulas, your lansones will be much sweeter if you wait till the skin turn a little darker, same with caimito. The same with apples you had to wait four days from harvest before you eat it, that is why when you go apple picking you eat 1 or 2 apples you stop because it's sour.
