Surprisingly she doesn’t do a lot of takes in the studio. Back up tracks she finishes in A few hours and she only has to do a few takes then sent to her producer which is the guitarist you’ll see in her Original songs. His name is Xavior Ramos. Look him up on youtube, he breaks down the tracks and let’s you know how he puts it all together. It’s pretty cool.

True story: 4 years ago, Rhett Lawrence (record producer and song writer; worked with Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Selena, Gladys Knight, Earth, Wind & Fire, Kelly Clarkson, etc.) flew to the Philippines to recruit Morissette to join his record label. I don't know exactly what happened, but Rhett Lawrence went to the Philippines just to see Morissette perform, and he even did a press tour there and declared Morissette to be a "future legend".

Thanks guys! What a nice Father's Day present this is! This is the second original she co-wrote and co-produced with her hubby Dave Lamar. The first was "I Still Love You" about her estranged relationship with her father. That song is so much more powerful when you understand the story behind it. Mori and Dave have several other originals now, and they are all amazing. I love Mori!!!

Been looking at your past reaction videos and Morissette appears to be the first Filipino artist you've reacted to. Yes, she is one of the best and she will be going far, but, she is just one of a very long line of great Filipino singers that the international music industry have purposely ignored for a very long time.
Even before the advent of the internet, if you travel many tourist clubs all over the world that have a live band, chances are you will find a Filipino cover band that delivers performances that are far better than the originals that they cover. If only they were they given the proper exposure, they would've competed with the best rock bands that are in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame right now. You've seen the talents in the Philippines. You know what they are capable of in terms of the caliber and mastery of the art that they can achieve. You know that no other singers in the US can even compare to some of the singers that you yourselves have reacted to. That level of talent has been there long before the internet was born and they know that the likes of Leah Salonga (Disney, Ms Saigon, and Les Miserble fame) exist in the Philippines but the international music industry chose to ignore it.
I'm glad to see that you guys are not ignoring what you know is the best talent pool of music artists in the world. Kpop are mostly manufactured groups, backed by corporate entities driven by profit, but the vast majority of Filipino artists and bands honed their talents because they loved the art. Music in the Philippines is part of the ethnic culture and is as diverse as the many dialects that is spoken throughout the country, and that is were the Filipinos' love for singing and music ultimately came from.
I see the evolution of your reaction videos first hand. You came from being only kpop fans to being true OPM fans and every time Filipinos witness something like that it always warms our hearts. Thanks you! Mabuhay! ❤
She won't be tied up in the mainstream because she will not be dictated too, she is a WOMAN of great integrity and a very strong character, if it's not for her she won't do it, she's made a tremendous effort at promoting herself so far on a very limited budget, the live band performances of her OWN original co-written and co-produced tracks are unbelievable which includes this one, she's also renowned for her one take performances and recordings, she does some brilliant livestreams on her RUclips channel playing piano and guitar, all impromptu performances at her fans requests, reading the lyrics off her phone and the piano notes off her laptop, multitasking and performing with the utmost quality 🇬🇧🔥👌❤️.
You should check her "ASIA SONG FESTIVAL 2017" she was really really good there.. she was singing while dancing but it didn't ruin her voice

Nah, I think the reason why Mori and other great vocalists/singers in the Philippines don’t become mainstream because they’re wholesome. They don’t get naked or shake their booties! Though not everybody but almost always the case.

But unfortunately COVID did it's thing and sorta blocked her from reaching this big opportunity. But that did not stop our Phoenix from shining through and releasing her debut EP "Signature" which charted in a lot of countries

She works with a very close team along with her hubby and there are some behind the scenes of this video and once you see it, such simple concept and simple shooting but Dave Lamar and the DP are phenomenal. Please check out her "Love You Still" this one is very personal to her. It hurts to listen to because it's about her relationship with her Dad and family. Not on speaking terms to this day.
