The colour-coding for different routes is a brilliant idea You can recognise the bus you want immediately from a distance. I don't know what an Edinburgh Tour was doing going UP North Bridge at 2:30 though. There must have been some diversion that day. I worked summer 2011 as a tour guide and it was great fun.
Since making the video, the number 3 has route changed so that it no longer serves the Lady Victoria Pit museum, so the yellow tops are now a thing of the past!

Those lovely very cost effective airport buses that are being replaced at a cost of ONE BILLION Pounds Sterling with a tram service! :-(
