This era of platformer just hit different. I don't know if I'll ever enjoy gaming as much as I did when I was 6. I loved the toy story levels in Kingdom hearts 3, they brought back the feeling of this game.
Just finished rewatching TS2, and remembered this game. I'm 26 now, but this was one of my favorite games to play on the PC when I was kid. How time flies
I played this when I was a little kid and watching this was a bit of a nostalgia trip. I say nostalgia, it was so long ago that I only vaguely remember the tiniest and most insignificant of things, like the graphic of the flag in the race mini games, the fact that there was a level called alleys and gulleys and that the last level was set on the landing strips of the airport. All the little things that I thought I remembered about the game look so different though lol. Makes me wish that my memory was better, because the nostalgia would hit much harder. Like, I remembered the toy boss in the first level and climbing the tree in the next, but it I remember it looking so different! I guess that's what happens when you play something as a kid and revisit it almost 2 decades later.
1:21:14 Did you ever notice about this show has some sort of rock theme to it, I mean Flintstones, Bed Rock? (after Buzz got all of Bullseye’s horseshoes) Yeah, Nothing gets past me, baby.
One of my favorite games ever! I even downloaded it on my PS5. Can’t believe last time I played this was at least 22-23 years ago. I remember I would have to restart the first 3-4 levels because I didn’t have a rumble pak or memory card for the N64, but eventually I did buy one and managed to beat it too. This game reminds me of a happy time and place, it was lightning in a bottle!
the furthest i ever gotten like 12 years agp was the alley boss after the water jumping boss (i didnt actually get there it was my older brother) and we never beat that boss, but i loved every second i spent in this game, great bonding experience with dad and brothers good exploring and we ever figured out how to get the power ups after the energy shield so another playthrough i watched showed me that. I most definetly will not be finishing this game, it just hurts my head to see what things i would need to go through to beat it. it looks more difficult than Darksouls 1-3 at once on one keyboard and mouse
One of my childhood favorites! I remember loving this game when I was 6, and being stuck on the elevator level forever because I had no idea how to shoot the hooks! I eventually figured it out by sliding my arm across my keyboard and pressing EVERY key. I also remember struggling to get enough tokens to reach the last level. I also re-bought this game when I was 16 for the PS1 after losing my PC version so I could relive childhood memories!
I found my childhood here, I didn’t defeat the King Zurg so I can’t complete the game at that time. Thanks for your fulfilling my dream of seeing the end of this fantastic game!
I can't believe I forgot all about this, but once I started watching it I remembered everything like it was last week I'm 27 now and it makes me feel like 6 year old again wow!
Man I, flooded with memories now. This is around the time my siblings and I finally started beating games. I was the oldest but could only see my mom stepdad and siblings twice a month. For a time they literally would save game time for me to come play this to try and beat it for us all. I never did but it was a great family time of my life back then.
Watching this makes me realise how little progress I made in this game when I was younger 🤣 in all fairness I didn’t have a memory card, and only got as far as the construction site
Andy's house just seemed to be a very unsafe environment. You had oil leaking all over the garage floor, you had what looks to be some toxic waste spilt in the basement, you had power tools and a gas stove that are kept on all the time. How has that house not burnt down or blew up yet?

omg childhood flashback. I rocked this game all day ages ago !
3:58 That thing used to scare me as a kid.
the furthest i ever gotten like 12 years agp was the alley boss after the water jumping boss (i didnt actually get there it was my older brother) and we never beat that boss, but i loved every second i spent in this game, great bonding experience with dad and brothers good exploring and we ever figured out how to get the power ups after the energy shield so another playthrough i watched showed me that.
I most definetly will not be finishing this game, it just hurts my head to see what things i would need to go through to beat it. it looks more difficult than Darksouls 1-3 at once on one keyboard and mouse
Great game, warms my heart to see this again
One of my childhood favorites! I remember loving this game when I was 6, and being stuck on the elevator level forever because I had no idea how to shoot the hooks! I eventually figured it out by sliding my arm across my keyboard and pressing EVERY key. I also remember struggling to get enough tokens to reach the last level.
I also re-bought this game when I was 16 for the PS1 after losing my PC version so I could relive childhood memories!
lol. that's great
I found my childhood here, I didn’t defeat the King Zurg so I can’t complete the game at that time. Thanks for your fulfilling my dream of seeing the end of this fantastic game!
I can't believe I forgot all about this, but once I started watching it I remembered everything like it was last week I'm 27 now and it makes me feel like 6 year old again wow!
Total ditto…..🥲😊🕰️
The nostalgia. I was 7 years old when i played this.
29 here. Such nostalgia
I loved this game as a kid, never got to complete it because for some reason the game wouldn't save on my dreamcast's memory card
“Hoo”
“Aww”
😄lol
Considering this is a PS1 Game the graphics are amazing. Way ahead of it's time.
Andy's house just seemed to be a very unsafe environment. You had oil leaking all over the garage floor, you had what looks to be some toxic waste spilt in the basement, you had power tools and a gas stove that are kept on all the time. How has that house not burnt down or blew up yet?
😂 I agree!
I use to hate on Level 4.
You get almost to the top just to get hit by a enemy toy or stupid hot nail then fall off..
Good memories 😂
The biggest one that p me off(ps premium) was climbing the god dang tree level 2. That took me 20 minutes. And if not for rewind, it would had been 40
i used to play this on dads old IBM Computer damm those where the days
I just played this again on PlayStation Premium, such a great game!
I love how they're giving people a chance to go back and play the OG games on premium; I've been waiting for them to start listing all the classic games for years!
I'm playing Jak and Daxter at the moment lol. Long live PlayStation Premium!
Hell yeah brother. I downloaded hot shots golf myself
This video is absolutely incredible. I've never seen anything like it before. The attention to detail is impressive. The sound design is amazing. I love the way you used the music to enhance the mood. You're a genius! I'm definitely going to watch more of your content. I'm so glad I stumbled upon this video. It's exactly what I needed to watch today. Your editing skills are top-notch. The transitions are seamless. The visuals are stunning.
This game is amazingly put together. I spent so many hours playing this as a kid 😁
Amazing quality and good editing! Thank you for this polished gem from my childhood💎
thanks for watching and sharing your feelings ;)
One cannot explain all the memories and nostalgia that flood you after watching and hearing this game again 🤯
This game was extremely well put together, it's genuinely fun to play to this day thanks to the amazing level design!
?
@@syobon_karo does the "sk" stand for Slovakia?
Yes
@@syobon_karo Okej, okej, pekne... Iba len, že troška neskoro šéfe, mazáme do postele 🧐
Ja ešte hrajem
Old But Gold...
Better than most games nowadays
Level fours music reminds me of some Spy film. When the Agent is about to infiltrate the place lol
I always remembered that the snakes turned into bacon when you shot them
Just got this on my PS5 from the ps store for $4.99 and now I can die happy.
Out of the many games that need a remake this is one of them
Brings me back to my childhood. Loved this game. Unfortunately never beat it, so I had to see how it ended.
The nostalgia from the opening credits makes me want to cry 😭😆 such a classic experience this one
I remember renting this game as a kid. Love this game goodtimes
I remember playing this game when I was younger now I can play it again because it's on the PlayStation online service
