People in suburban America think having these hybrids is "cool ", and they have no understanding of the dogs' needs. The dogs constantly try to dominate their humans, eventually the humans tire of them, dump them at a shelter, or worse. They're very unhappy being indoors or in a small yard with minimal stimulation, or being constantly disciplined for normal/genetically programmed behaviors. Dogs are dogs, and wolves are wolves. Consider the dogs' point of view: they were domesticated for specific reasons, and are adaptable because oftheirlong evolutionwith humans. There are plenty of challenging and "wolf-looking" DOG breeds for those who just have to have one. Be kind to the dog's needs and mental health: don't buy or create wolf hybrids.
