It verges on criminality that she was actively forced to go to the USA to fulfil her talent.

In the mid 60's she arranged a 'Ready Steady Go special' featuring: the Supremes, Martha and the Vandellas, Smokey Robinson andd the Miracles, little Stevie wonder (only 13 at the time!) and others and then toured them all around the country. Motown (soul music) became the music of the Mods and the rest is history!
