WOW! Sold quickly as it should! Spectacular location!
Yes it was!
What a beautiful view it's a stunning cabin with all the accoutrements.
Not in most of our price ranges but that doesn't mean it shouldn't be admired.
I hate comments from poor people who get all put out because they can't afford it.
Thank you for showing such a beautiful lakefront home
A heated attached garage is a must in Maine in my book. Great place!!!!
You can get a propane heater for approx. $100
Absolutely beautiful
Just spectacular, thanks for the presentation.
United country lifestyle properties of Maine. Beautiful home! I'm thinking about writing a check as I view this property. God bless
Very Helpful Information GREAT info
❤ I Love All that you do! Thank you! ❤
Beautiful but 800k+, wow
Even it being 850k it still has room for equity definitely not cap rate for a property like this.
*United Country Lifestyle Properties of Maine* What a beautiful home, thank-you both for taking the time to show us around. GOD Bless.
I am understanding why Maine has a housing problem! It’s called affordability
I have seen properties like this,in this price range, sold…and then bulldozed to build a newer larger home on the property.
Yea no way paying that much for 2 Acres no Not on a pond no need more privacy than that
I going to guess that there will be more than one potential buyer to bid the final sale price even higher than asking. Great get.
Bocce court sells it.
bocce court made of sand..lol..ball will roll 6 ft.
OMG price is New Jersey like. Wonder what the taxes will become after sale and how high they will continue to go with every Tom Dick and harry speculative buying. Wait till real economic downturn. Prices will drop like a rock!
Gotta write that Best Selling Book !!!
Do you watch every video and complain about New Jersey prices?
Maybe you should go back to playing you're on your PlayStation and not watch.
Just because you can't afford it doesn't mean it's overpriced.
This home is stunning The view of the lake and the proximity is priceless.
@@SScott-nr9vl wow those be tough texted words. Simple, you must be a Realtor that loves an over priced market just before the corrections. Fortunately I’m a very very experienced buyer just trying to level the oh so twisted playing field…
We appreciate your public “service”.I always hear “they aren’t making anymore lakefront property”
How much are the lake association fees? Are power boats allowed on the lake?
Hard to see the nearly million dollar valuation here.
Is this property still for sale? Please comment back and let me know.Thank you
Yes
I am hereby extending an invitation to the housing depression to come and squat for awhile at every lake in Maine.
Looks like Connecticut 😢
People that can buy a house with $850k are not probably watching you tube
...no, they have people like you to watch for them.
Oh ok ?
Quite the contrary if I had the money I would love to see this little tour.
This is obviously for people living outside of Maine or the cost of living is much higher.
A million dollars used to be a lot of money, outside of Maine it's really not.
Homes are not going for $200,000 anymore and I don't think they ever will.
This is an instance of just because you can doesn't mean you should and sometimes you should keep your internal monologue quiet.
That’s a tiny percentage of the pie lol
I disagree
