Natures Bounty is my absolute favorite! I blend it with almond milk, half a frozen banana, and ice to make it like a shake consistency. In a hurry I use a blender bottle and just the protein mix and almond milk. The vanilla tastes like cake batter. The chocolate is my favorite, but it’s harder to find.
very very informative, thank you! 52 here just looking for a product with many nutrients and health benefitting vitamins and minerals . lower calories and sugar but with flavor. The older I get my appetite waned, so just want something really nutritious if not hungry enough for a meal.

@@josecorrea6986 Well, I had it with just water... Wasn't great, but wasn't terrible. I could drink it if necessary. My nephew tried it and wanted more of it. I had a Shakeology recipe that I liked and I use that same recipe (cup of ice, cup of almond milk, spoonful of peanut butter and a scoop, blend really well) for the chocolate, and it tastes pretty good. Not "oh yeah, I'm craving this often" good, like I did with Shakeology, but I try to have it every few nights and I don't have to feel guilty about it. Not tried the vanilla yet.
guess its nice to live in europe where a "weight loss shake" has to meet certain criteria (micros and macros) so really if you live in the eu just take the one you like the best
I am a diabetic so I think lean shake or more importantly 310 Shake are the best options for me. I know what my doctor wants me to control and those supplements look to be the best options for that.

People just finding this video should know that Ample doesn't sell their "Ample K" product anymore, and most of their other products are out of stock. I sat on a waiting list for 5 months before I just gave up and got a refund. It's so disappointing because their products are amazing but they don't have stock, and after emailing customer service they can't give a straight answer as to when their products will be back in stock.

You shouldn't have meal replacements for EVERY meal. That said, I take Huel every day, it's pretty darn cheap, I think it's under $2 for 500 calories. - Nick

Lewis_Jones999 It is a food replacement meal, meaning you just replace powder with regular food. It is not meant you have to exercise, and not ment for it either I think. You obviously can find replacement meals that are suitable for that as well. Just read the description of what it is ment for. I have personally been on replacement meals for years and can really recommend it. Just find what suits your needs and taste the best :)

However, sugar is needed to replenish your glycogen (sugar) storage you depleted during your workout. That's what your body uses to fuel your workout. Then your body takes the protein you ingest with that sugar to start building those muscles you tore down to make them stronger (or bigger). So you're only half right.

I bought huel savoury and because I needed it for the minimum order quantity I also added huel black. Huel savoury (green curry) actually tastes okay. But the mouth feel is horrible. I can see myself surviving on that in times where I'm too lazy to cook. Better than going out. Huel black tastes okay. But it makes no sense to me as food. I'm just utterly confounded by it. To me it seems to re-enforce all the terrible bad habits that get so many people in trouble. (Nothing sweet or drinkable is usually acceptable for anything but guilty pleasures)

Yes, a few years back when JimmyJoy was still names Joylent and when it was actually good. I lived on it almost entirely for almost 2 years with just a few real food meals now and then. But due to that I'm not living in EU anymore, I can't afford to import those types of products anymore as the costum fees are way too high. And JimmyJoy is something I can't recommend as they have been increasingly worsh. Go with Huel or another brand is my advice. Ps. If you truly consider to live on "powder" My advice is to start slowly and replace one or two meals for the first month. So tha your body has time to get used to it.
If you are really looking for the best one. It has to be for sure the kachava. Has the most ingredients an they 100 percent organic. Nothing in this review come close to it
Unfortunately most products these days use RICE flour which is the cheapest and most harmful thing you can do. Rice (unless soaked overnight) contains ARSENIC which makes you prone to dementia when you get older and also some cancers. I will not buy anything with rice. Nature Bounty has too many of this toxic metals (from the rice). Other than rice content I’m looking for good overall value - price for size?. The savoury tomato huel has better mouth feel but the taste is less interesting. But taste is easy to fix.

And JimmyJoy is something I can't recommend as they have been increasingly worsh. Go with Huel or another brand is my advice. Ps. If you truly consider to live on "powder" My advice is to start slowly and replace one or two meals for the first month. So tha your body has time to get used to it.

Unfortunately most products these days use RICE flour which is the cheapest and most harmful thing you can do. Rice (unless soaked overnight) contains ARSENIC which makes you prone to dementia when you get older and also some cancers. I will not buy anything with rice. Nature Bounty has too many of this toxic metals (from the rice). Other than rice content I’m looking for good overall value - price for size?. Could you please make a video based on these two criteria. Thanks
