Yes you can keep the pots and use them as many times you want just clean them and reuse but keep in mind they are delicate as they are made less thick to make them easily breakable while disposing, You can buy sturdy strong variety of these from traditional markets like Dilli Haat and amazon india as well

There is a very small entry fee and no one approaches to sell you anything, it's chill relax environment you can explore on you own and bargain as much you can. Try looking few videos of foreigners visiting their you'll get an idea what im saying
