Try this moist banana bread recipe and you'll love it🤗
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
2 pcs large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

Made this today!!! loved it !!! it turned out to be super moist and I used 3tsp of baking powder instead of baking soda bc I didn't have any, also I added cinnamon to the batter as well as I've coated the pan with butter, brown sugar and cinnamon, took it to my grandma and they loved it !!

how may minutes ? because in there is 1hr and 20minutes its not long time ?
@@shellamhaealawi621 Mine took a while actually , close to one hour...I realize that it can look uncooked if you didn't use brown sugar or cinnamon so it's better to poke a hole and see if batter comes out
Can I know what is the amount of brown sugar and cinnamon powder that u use ?
@Tiang Sin I just eye balled it actually, for cinnamon you generally don't need a lot or it depend on whether you like a strong cinnamon flavor or not so a few sprinkles worked for me.
Making this recipe right now. It’s in the oven. A few changes I made were doing half butter and oil and substituting about 1/4 sugar for brown sugar. I then made a sweet cream cheese swirl and added glazed pecans on top 🫶🏾 I’ll be back to give you the results 🤤🔥❤

My favourite recipe that always works! I just cut down on the sugar to 1/3 cup and use 1/2 cup oats and 1/4 cup nuts in the flour mixture...absolute perfect to my taste buds 👌 😋

I still make this cake 2yrs on! Everyone loves it, my work colleagues even bring me in their old bananas 🤣 I’ve also added chocolate chips to the mix white or brown and it’s 10/10! Still the best banana recipe out there

I just made this - reduced the sugar by 1/4 cup (used 1/2 white & 1/4 brown sugar) the added 1/3 cup of raisins/sultanas & the smell is just delectable!! Now I’m just waiting for it to cool before I dig in! Great recipe!

Great recipe- I reduced the amount of oil and sugar, used brown sugar, and used 1 tablespoon of baking powder (instead of teaspoon) - turned out delicious- will be using this every time I make banana cake/bread!

DELICIOUS AND MOIST!! 58 year old man and I followed this recipe to the T except I used extra ripe (skin had turned black) bananas that were in the fridge for a week or more and I melted a stick of butter that I melted in a microwave instead of oil and I baked it in a 12" Cast Iron frying pan for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. As per Google: For all cake mixes, use melted butter instead of oil! Both have about the same fat and calories, but butter carries more flavor.

I made it today exactly and wow it was good. My sons 5 and 9 were fighting over it.
I used my Kenwood mixer to mix it all up. Low speed.
This tastes more like banana cake rather than banana bread. Next time I'll reduce sugar a bit.

IT WAS AMAZING!! I tried some different banana bread recipes to test for thanksgiving, this was my favorite!! its moist and soft. Also the eggs broke first try and I WAS SO MAD!! thought i had bad luck 😂

Did this came out great just got to cut the time back about 7 minutes in the oven first one I made.half.inside.was dark brown but still very soft. This recipe is great though. If you like bananas add another one in for a stronger taste

I did add chocolate chips, and a bit of melted butter. And i used brown sugar instead of white, as I had enough left to use it up. i think that's why mine looks darker than yours.

Hi im soooo glad you never used creaming method i mean who got time to cream an also how much baking powder , i c u never mentioned baking powder could i add an also can i add walnut , banana loaf need walnuts
i only used 1 tsp baking soda (and no baking powder)...

How do I double or triple the recipe? Obviously, your recipe was just for 1 bake pan.
If you want to make 2 pans, just double the recipe...bake it in 2 separate pans, but baking time is still the same...
