    I am interested in learning to print my own books . I know it is a whole different science. You are so good with teaching the Design, Composition and software perhaps you know or can direst me on my quest.

      A blend a book with a lot of illustrations and pictures and comments-credits for each but a narrative that flows and ties it all together. The visual helps the written and vis versa. Language and images are processed in different areas of the brain. The written word and the appropriate image give a deeper understanding- throw in music and you have a cinematic experience.

    Nice tutorial! I was looking to organize all my photos and since I'm a graphic designer, create my own photo book. Quick question! If you are using InDesign, and I'm guessing you have Adobe Create Suite, instead of using PixLr, why wouldn't you just use Photoshop? Is it easier to batch process the photos for this type of project?

      I usually create another master/parent page that has a white (or whatever color would work) and assign it to that page

      There isn't a perfect one, it really depends on what orientation most of your pictures are in!

      You just have to drag and drop into the rectangular frame with it selected :)
