I like that what convinced her was not looks, though she looks incredible, but her health. She doesn’t contradict the message behind Hairspray, she enhances it. She felt that she was falling behind and her youth couldn’t sustain the weight’s affect on her ability to do what others could. So, she did what is right for her.
If more ppl had money they would. You can’t compare a rich celebrity to your average Joe who is trying to loose weight with no trainer, personal chef, surgeon, nutritionist, skin removal surgery money, and team with zero kids and no at home gym. Not realistic at all. If everyone could afford a personal chef to fix all organic healthy meals we would all look like celebrities but the difference is money. She started out heavy set before she started making the big bucks, now that she making a ton of money consistently she looks Ike all your other celebrities look over time. Just like Kim and all her sisters.
It's incredible what weight loss can do for overall happiness and health. That's a massive accomplishment. Most people can do it. You just gotta do it.
Walking changed my life and it’s such a simple thing. I actually love it. I also suffer from severe anxiety, and so me and my mom would go for night walks. It helped both of our back pain to the point where our backs would both hurt if we didn’t walk for a few days. I lost weight. I got to get out of the house. It’s great. I love it. We also tend to walk when upset or if we need to talk about something.
What an achievement! An inspiration indeed! Here I am trying to get myself motivated to lose baby fat after having first baby (7 mos postpartum). It's only the miserable overweight LAZY women ( and let's be honest it's 99.99% of the time women ) that talk about " Body positivity" and being proud of dying.
Being fit and healthy is the positive thing, and if you do that your body will adjust to your correct size.
Walking 30 minutes a day 🧐 150 lbs in 1-2 years, possibly with diet change or maybe gastric bypass seems more believable.
All I can say is, you’re only as well as you feel. She could have stayed big and happy, but If she felt that her weight was a hinderance then kudos to her for doing something about it. You can be big or thin, just as long as you feel alright while being so. Can’t wait to see what she does next, she’s a real star.
Big or little it doesn’t matter as long as your happy but what a transformation, well done 👏 🎉
I hope she can breathe easier now.
If she can do it, I can do it! Thanks for the inspiration. 💪
Be honest, she had weight loss surgery. ❤️
She lost the weight then surgery. (Skin)
One doesn’t lose 150 pounds and look like that without plastic surgery. Be honest Inside Edition!
100% there was skin removal.
But....so what?
We all know thats what happens.
Steps 1. lose the weight 2. remove the skin.
Beautiful! This would be considered controversial in today's world smh!
Uh you realize you're contradicting yourself right? Would be? It IS todays world lol
@@Seek1878 You're right!
Losing weight is not controversial you muppet 🙄
Wish more people would watch thier health like her and maintain a healthy lifestyle
This really motivates me to keep going with my weight loss journey.
It is so easy to get lazy after working full-time, coming home to take care of baby, and constantly sleep deprived. I gotta push myself somehow to do even a little bit calisthenics at home. I’m grateful I get cardio at work with all my walking at least. I’ve got to do it!!!
I loved you then and now, so proud and excited for you and your future gorgeous 🥰
I loved her in hairspray live and congrats on her transformation
She's done well, very well.. most people don't see the end goal. .
Respect to you.
Wow good for her! I remember loving her in Dumplin’ and thought how beautiful she was. She looks amazing and confident and you can see how hard she worked for her health. Great job 🙌🏽
Walking didn’t make her loose the weight, nor did cutting the meat out. She simply went into a calorie deficit.
What a glorious transformation!! So happy for her! 👏✨💛
