If it helps, Harvey’s actually mostly fine. His left arm and the left side of his face were the only areas afflicted, maybe even his left leg a bit. The damage to Harvey’s body has consistently avoided his torso and waist area, the odd splotch or extension of damage from afflicted areas not withstanding. It’s just his outfit that has the perfect 50/50 split.
At least we now know what happens when you put Penguin in jail before Two-Face. Maybe one of us could make a video of villains being put in jail along with both this and vice versa.
I love the detail of joker commenting on everyone you throw into that cell. I beat NG+’s side missions before the main story to hear all of the dialogue I could put of joker
That’s new for me usually because I always capture two face earlier then then penguin as it’s the second easiest sidequest in the game to complete not because the quest itself it particularly easy but because you don’t have to search the damned city just to find the thing cause it isn’t marked on the map

But it's complicated because Joker and Bats shared a lot of the same personality traits, just from opposite moral spectrums. For example, both of them (especially Batman) are afraid of being forgotten-afraid of being ashes. For Joker it is because he is a nihilistic narcissist who believes the whole universe is meaningless and yet revolves around him, and if he's 'just another fleck', then he didn't matter in at all-or that he was actually wrong, and Bats was right, and he's really just a coward who crawled under a rock and joined the other slimy things when trouble hit. For Batman it is because he is afraid-afraid that Gotham won't be safe without his legend to protect it. That nothing he did mattered in the long run and that Jokers view of the universe was right. That nothing really matters.

Give him his Animated series origin where he gets tied up with a gang who then scar him before he kills their leader and takes it over. Then if you want to bring him in as a secondary movie villain you have him established.

I've beat the game in normal difficulty (a long time ago) but never done "New Game+". I'm doing it now and decided to caught Slade first just because of this comment. No one responded the question, so i'll find out. Just doing the militia missions
Well... i just did try to get him first but to lock up Slade you need to play the main story. Turns out that he's the second to be caught (Simon Stagg also ends up locked up in that cell and he's there first). He delivers the line about killing everyone but obviosly can't do so... and i didn't see any special interactions. But it was a good try. I like to go back in gcpd to hear the dialogues lol.

He deliberately put the accent on when he was shipped to a British boarding school in his youth. The backstory stuff in City says as much.

No for Slade, you have to play more of the story and take down all the watchtowers, checkpoints and bombs which come out more as you play the campaign
