    Hi Paolo! I'm from Russia too. Thanxxxx, this video surprise me a lot! I have a question too. It's about some sound troubles via using my old Roland JV-880 module and Axiom 61 midi keyboard. I see you are use it. Where can i email you or can i write my question here?

      @SynthManiaDotCom  5 лет назад +1

      Thanks! Sure, which issue are you having with it?

    • @BaksoffDJ
      @BaksoffDJ 5 лет назад

      @@SynthManiaDotCom Ok! Some strange thing with my Roland JV-880 sound module+techno card onboard: the quality of output audio depends of connecting keyboard. I try to connect via midi to this module a Roland RS-5 synth as a midi-keyboard - the output sound is not clear, all presets sounds dull and "soapy". The same problems are with Axiom 61. BUT, in a midi connection with Roland MC-808 groovebox (as a midi-kbd) or if i send midi from Focusrite soundcard (Ableton) - the JV-880 sounds very well! I don't know why, it's have just a midi! Also, of course i used the same cable! I heard about the same problem from another my friend-musicians - the try to connect via midi Access Virus Ti Snow box with 3 different keyboard synths as a midi-kbd and only with one (i dont remember which) the Virus Snow begin to sound well.

    • @SynthManiaDotCom
      @SynthManiaDotCom  5 лет назад

      Oh , I remember that song very well when it came out, it was very popular in Italy. Well, that's Neapolitan.... I'm from Tuscany, we speak in a totally different way from Campania and if Neapolitans speak in strict dialect, there's no way I can understand them :-D. but luckily it's not strong dialect in the song, so I only had to look up a couple of words, the rest I could make up - here you go:
      Hey, you, get out of the way, down there
      If you don’t watch out, somebody will trample you
      People who watch you don’t give a darn
      God, it’s so bad having a toothache
      So keep that in mind
      If you can’t take the pain, you’ll remain a nobody
      And if you lose your patience, it’ll be big trouble for you
      And so, scream louder. And scream louder.
      And so hey, you, get out of the way, down there
      And so hey, you, get out of my way
      Tonight I slept without a stomach ache
      You ate something that didn’t agree with your stomach
      I have a TV set, thirty-six channels
      If they all speak at the same time, they are a bunch of gossiping old maids
      But it’s okay because when we get to go out, it will be Spring
      But it’s okay because when we get to go out, it will be Spring
      But it’s okay because when we get to go out, it will be Spring
      Springtime
      Springtime
      Springtime
      Springtime

      Wow I did not expect you to come back so soon and thanks so much. If I want to go back in time I stick that track on and I am 18 again in Edinburgh’s Amphitheater club! Interesting lyrics, not what I expected. I have read quite a bit in old Tullio, a fantastic percussionist and musician, but that track is quite different from the other music I have heard from him. Like so many tunes it will be with me for life and sign posts that moment in time. Love your work and thanks again!

    What synth is this arpeggiated sound from or what patch is it
    , starts at the beginning at plays throughout most of the hymn
    This seems like from early 90s Roland hardware keyboard or GM module
