Hi mam,today I tried this recipe. Everything was very similar to urs except that when I started cutting it,I couldn't get the perfect shape as it started breaking. Can u tell me what might be the reason. Taste wise it was yummy

It was not set properly, my refrigerator sets the same in 20 minutes but maybe your need little more time, use the same measures and don't cut until it is completely set, put it for 1-2 hours
