Hi madam it was a wonderful experience doing this nan khatai actually I did the I did a mistake I don't know but as a according to you are saying I did but sugar could not melt due to that sugar not melting properly my biscuits were soft not crispy
Mam i tried that water butte cookies instead of magarine i used butter, same measurement as u showed yet my cookies turned out flat while baking even shap melted to flat round, any idea what went wrong i again tried placing in fridge n then baking even then my cookies went flat..pls let me know what went wrong how i shud fix it
