Beautiful work. It’s nice to know there are still some people out there who appreciate old trucks. All anyone wants to do now is lift the front throw on the same dumb as everyone else oh yea don’t forget all the LED lights Walmart has. If that’s not cool enough just run straight pipe exhaust. Keep up the great work we have a lot of people to educate.
I have a c60 box truck converted to a pick-up with a c/k 3500 Dually bed. It is the coolest vehicle I’ve ever owned. I’m a big Chevy fan as a lifelong Corvette fanatic. But I have to say I love driving my truck more than a My corvettes
when he was saying" it looks like something chevy wouldnt have done"... but then he did it!. i have always been intrigued by that same philosophy. Old Schoolers/ hard core chevy(ford or whatever) addicts would look at something like this and say... hey! wha! wait! chevy didn"t build this! did they? That "did they ?" question i know made him swell with pride. i love doing this but just i'm just an amature hobbiest. i have an 84 el camino with a blazer brake set up, LT1 w/a 4L60E. Nothing too special about that but i have a '03 Toyota Tacoma prerunner with off road bumpers, sliders and rack( I built them) , a '93 "CHEVROLET" aluminum strip on the tailgate , "1500" badges on the doors, and a fabricated grill insert with a mounted bowtie emblem. This is just small time accents, but its a headturner! i tell people its a new style S-10 (as a joke) and they reply so its a Tacoma though right or is it? That "?" always leave them in doubt and scratching their heads. Its nothing like his artwork but when i sketch out on paper a drawing, i imagine it to look like - " it looks like something ???? didnt do , but should have " Awesome work Randall! you should start your own truck manufacturing company.. a truck was meant to look and act like a truck. Not these plastic pigs we have today.... plastics bumpers, when they should be steel, i dont need no stinkin carpet! Rubber mat flooring so i can hose the mud out. i dont need no video arcade dash/back up camera/ grub hub app display crap! Give me analog gauges any 'ol day. l"ll subscribe to your channel to see what my next project will be like! LOL!
That gives me inspiration. My aunt's stepmother has 3 Chevy pickups and a 1969 c60 dumper that's been sitting behind her house of 10 odd years. In fact, out of all of them. The only one that's not drivable is a 1974 C10, and that's been completely gutted, the only thing in there is the engine, it got no fuel tank, no transmission, no seat, no front axle, no steering column. It's just the shell, the frame, the engine and a couple of old tires, that's likely going nowhere. But the others including the 1969 c60 and two newer c/k pick-ups, they might be drivable, But are pretty damn rusty. Lots of junk back there, a 1990 Chevy celebrity, a gutted golf cart, a dead craftsman lawnmower, two rotting snowmobiles, a ruined boat(with the trailer) and a totaled GMC envoy that was involved in a rollover crash. I've already worked on restoring a 1951 Chevy truck with my grandpa. That 51' has an odd history. My grandpa's brother used it push start Sprint cars in Washington state. It was painted in an American flag livery. But we repainted it metallic blue.
oh, yea! i caught the part where the guy sticks his hand into the engine bay (engine running) across the altenator belt. if that wasnt good enough, he was also holding a rag to boot! But its all good, at least they all seemed to have eye/ear protection on
Curious to if they use factory c-50/60/60 frames when doing the 4x4 conversion and if so what front diffs do they use from what iv measure and figured on a Dana 60 isn’t as wide wms to wms as a factory c-50/60/70 don’t understand how they get it to work out right
its really easy they have leaf springs and are the same frames as a k series which were 4x4 which used dana axles so just a matter of finding one for the front and then you just gotta put in a transfer box and a driveshaft
I would love to have just a offended cab not a 4 door truck. Because I do not like people sitting behind me. And I would want it black and copper. Those are my 2 favorite colors. And I would want a ferocious motor. And what would that cost? Please comment back I wanted to look good run good and be sharp Looking also, please let me know, thank you.
Basically three purposes for these kind of trucks ...to look cool... go get groceries... and maybe enter a car show... but they are awesome builds tho...

Very cool trucks. The tires are absolutely perfect fit without being overly wide and or tall. Perfection in these trucks.
Thank you for taking the time to check out the video, James! We couldn't agree more!
Very nice work. I’d love to see it in a short box with a 6V53 Detroit
Worth watching over and over again!!!
Love your ethics ! & you can see the passion in your builds ! Thanks for sharing your vision , & videos .
Beautiful trucks! Beautiful workmanship!

A c10 doesn’t have a front axle

My Cousin had a 1968 C-70 it had cold aire intake on the right hand side abouve the Fender .. below the Alligator Hood I guess ..

Nice beef... Now do a GMC crew cab similar vintage 702 in³ GMC V12..the trick will be figuring how to make the front end NOT a mile long
I think building some restomod late 60's C60 chevy wreckers, would be a big hit with a few of the towing companies out there.
Good video. :)
Good morning, I need the bumper of the c 10 model 1984 it's possible to get it with you?
I’d really like to know what something like this cost to get
So who noticed the Australian built, Australian army 6x6 Land Rover ... 👍
Just you... apparently
If you want to properly display the American flag on a vehicle you mounted to the right front bumper or fender.
I love it..chevy c50 original..

Awesome 👏🏽👏🏽

I could see pulling my camper around the country with this truck
Bad ass
I have a 1971 c50 that runs and drives I’m trying to let go of if interested
Bad to the bone ✝️🛐
This guy was such a "Richard" to Jay. Just for that, I don't like him
Nice looking trucks but im still a single cab purest nice builds otherwise
