Baus did 8 AAs in Passive at 27:10, one on Karthus, 3 on Lissandra and 4 on Senna. The first one on Karthus did crit, however after that he had 7 consecutive AAs that didn’t crit. With 40% crit chance, has a 2.8% chance to not crit a single time out of 7 attacks. However, crit chance in league is not static, your crit chance slightly increases for every non crit you do, and sinks for every crit you do (assuming you aren’t sitting at either 0% or 100%) this is to balance out the randomness a bit and make it even more unlikely for such things to happen.

17:00 he is talking about Dota2 here, this change came with the latest patch including map changes ( increased the size of the map, more camps and new objectives ) and now the roshan ( dota's baron nashor ) spawns on either side of the map. The crazy thing is this patch came in right before the berlin major like 3-4 days before the major. Imagine Riot dropping a crazy patch w map, item and meta changes right before MSI or a major intl tourney. That'd be so cool.
dota players embrace the craziness, league players would screech and vow to quit the game.

If you get an AP version of cull then AD champs need an AD dark seal item
Sword of the Occult, it was removed for a reason. AD is inherently stronger than AP because of how the game is designed.

Jax E use to also give a passive % of dodging attacks and if I dont remember wrong armor boots used to do it aswell before they made them become steelplate boots with adr%
They were still called Nija's Tabi years after dodge was gone. They removed dodge in S1 in its entirety, except for Jax's counter strike, but there was the Sword of the Divine, which got changed later, that made your attack undodgeable for a while, so you could still auto Jax.

@@OliverMichael7 That is later. Initially, by memory, it gave armor penetration for a few seconds as well as made attacks undodgeable.
Later it was reworked into a pure attack speed item, with an active, that gave 100% attack speed for 3 auto as well as 100% crit chance. The item was fucking big on Twitch and Draven early, often built as a second item for a huge power spike. It was not good late game, nor did it even give its stats while on cooldown, so it really was an item to guarantee a kill on the other adc.

Jax has a really similar game design to Katarina. No skillshots just jump at you and statcheck-oneshot you with no kite possibility. Blame the Riot champion designers that have sibling parents
The picking system you mention is in Dota 2 and it works pretty well in High elo a lot of top players dont want each other on the same teams so usually both sides get players people hate , you also get a lot of people screaming not to pick them
