LeAnn I love your recipes. I'm not a cheesecake person, but had to watch. I appreciate your recipes as I am single and I cannot cook for one !! I'm so used to making large amounts. And the second one I can give to my sister. It helps my resolve to loose weight, but I believe in all things in moderation. Thank you and have q blessed week !!
Thank you for your recipe for two, it is perfect. I also bake big batch, because I love baking, however in this case I should give away the majority of cakes. However it not too easy task: so many people are on diet because of ilness, or loose weight or don't like sweets.😀, and products become more expensive, for exemple the price of chocolate have gone up, so there is no place to waste.
I only recently discovered your RUclips channel and am hooked and subscribed already. I'm going to have to get all the small equipment you use. Just wondering, does it take a lot of testing and failing until you come up with the proper ingredient proportions, much like America's Test Kitchen? If so, thank you for doing all that! And thanks for the air fryer instructions. Do you have a small-batch recipe for tiramisu? I'll have to search.
It definitely does take trial and error. Some recipes reduce easily others take multiple tries and refiguring! Glad you found me and enjoy the recipes. I've got tiramisu on the list to do!
Wow this perfect for husband and myself.thanks more great recipes please.
Hope you enjoy!

Looks yummy! Love the idea of the almond variation. I’m a fellow lover of almond pastries. Thanks, Leigh Anne!
Hope you enjoy it and it's so yummy with almond!

Thanks so much for following my channel and watching the videos!! So glad you enjoy the recipes :)
Not a real big fan of graham cracker crusts but I have Keebler Sandies so I imagine they could be a decent substitute?
You can also use shortbread crumbs or Oreo cookie crumbs.
They would work great! You can use any cookie really.

Thanks!
Is it possible to use raw stevia in place of sugar in this, as well as your other dessert recipes? I love your channel!🙂
I haven't tried it but let me know how it works if you do.
I brought my mother that exact same food processor 30 plus years ago. It's still going strong.
It's a great one - I've had mine for 40 years!!
@@LeighAnneWilkesI got that same one for my mother too! But it finally pooped out.
Just a heads up…the link in your description for the 6 oz ramekins is incorrect. It goes to a baking pan instead. The cheesecake sounds fabulous!
Thanks so much - will make sure and change it!
